• Six-speed GT Sport manual transmission

Summary

This 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 represents the pinnacle of analogue driving, featuring the rare and highly desirable six-speed manual gearbox. With only 10 km on the odometer, it is essentially a delivery-mileage example that bypasses long regional waiting lists for this iconic 992.2 generation. The black-on-black configuration is a blue-chip choice for the GCC market, offering the strongest possible resale security and timeless aesthetic appeal. While most rivals have moved toward hybridization and turbocharging, this GT3 remains a pure, high-revving naturally aspirated masterpiece. For a GCC enthusiast, this listing provides a unique opportunity to own a factory-fresh unit of one of the world's most focused driver's cars.

This Car vs Other 2025 911s

While many 2025 models in the GCC are already seeing regular highway use between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this specific GT3 has been kept in climate-controlled storage with just 10 km recorded. Its status as a manual-equipped car makes it a significant outlier, as the majority of 992.2 units delivered to the region feature the PDK transmission. The black exterior is the most searched-for color in the local pre-owned market, ensuring it will always command a premium over more experimental shades.

GT3 vs Lower Trims

The GT3 adds a level of motorsport hardware that is absent in the Carrera and GTS trims, most notably the race-derived double-wishbone front suspension and a 9,000-rpm redline. This trim includes the shortened gear lever from the 911 S/T for more tactile shifts, along with standard Matrix LED headlights and extensive carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) body components. Unlike the lower turbocharged models, the GT3 uses a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre engine designed specifically for track endurance and high-temperature performance.

911 vs Segment Rivals

The GT3 leads its segment by offering a manual gearbox, a feature no longer available in rivals like the Ferrari Roma or McLaren 750S. Its naturally aspirated engine provides a more immediate throttle response and a distinctive acoustic profile that turbocharged competitors cannot replicate. Furthermore, the Porsche service network is significantly more robust across the GCC, with specialized support available from Dubai to Riyadh that ensures higher mechanical reliability in extreme heat.

Running Costs & Resale

GT3 models with manual transmissions are among the best-performing assets in the GCC automotive market, often retaining over 90% of their value after three years of ownership. Real-world fuel consumption averages around 13.7 L/100km, though this varies significantly between high-rev track use and steady highway cruising. Service intervals are generally every 15,000 km or annually, and the regional 'Other' spec in this instance means buyers should verify local warranty compatibility with authorized Porsche Centres. Authorized service coverage is excellent across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

Performance & Capability

The 4.0-litre flat-six generates 505 hp, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint of 3.9 seconds when paired with the involving six-speed manual. Top speed is officially rated at 313 km/h, making it exceptionally capable for long-distance highway travel across the Emirates. The 992.2 refresh includes revised cylinder heads and sharper camshafts inspired by the GT3 RS, alongside enhanced oil coolers designed to maintain peak efficiency even in 45°C summer conditions. The rear-wheel-drive layout and mechanical limited-slip differential provide a pure, unassisted handling character.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the two-seat cockpit is focused on the driver, featuring a fully digital instrument cluster that can be toggled to a 'Track Screen' to highlight essential vitals like oil pressure and tire temperatures. The cabin is equipped with high-performance climate control designed to combat GCC humidity, alongside the Sound Package Plus eight-speaker system. Lightweight bucket seats provide excellent lateral support during spirited driving while remaining comfortable enough for cross-border road trips. CFRP accents and high-quality materials throughout reflect the car's premium motorsport heritage.

Safety

Safety is managed by Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with sport-tuned ABS and traction control, specifically calibrated for the high-grip tires found on the GT3. Standard Matrix LED headlights provide superior visibility for night driving on unlit desert highways, while a comprehensive airbag system protects the two occupants. The braking system features massive six-piston calipers at the front, offering fade-resistant stopping power that is essential for both track days at Dubai Autodrome and fast-moving highway traffic.

The bottom line

This delivery-mileage manual GT3 is the definitive choice for the GCC collector who values driver involvement above all else, offering immediate ownership of a rare 2025 spec car in the region's most resilient color.
