Summary

This 2026 Avatr 07 Ultra is a standout choice in the growing premium REEV segment, offering an exceptional balance of zero-mileage freshness and top-tier luxury. Finished in white, a color that consistently commands the highest resale value in the GCC market, this Ultra trim adds significant value over the base model with its advanced air suspension and dual-motor all-wheel drive. Compared to traditional rivals, its range-extended technology eliminates range anxiety for long highway hauls between cities like Dubai and Riyadh while maintaining pure electric efficiency for daily city commutes. For a GCC buyer, the most important consideration is its advanced cooling architecture and Huawei-powered cabin tech, both of which are designed to handle extreme local heat without sacrificing performance.

This Car vs Other 2026 Avatr 07s

As a brand-new 2026 model, this vehicle offers a major advantage over older inventory with the latest Huawei ADS 4.0 software and the most efficient generation of CATL Freevoy batteries. Its white exterior is the preferred choice for GCC buyers, ensuring maximum sunlight reflection and a stronger secondary market value compared to darker alternatives. The vehicle age is zero years, meaning all mechanical systems and cabin electronics are in their peak factory condition.

ULTRA vs Lower Trims

The Ultra trim is a significant step up from the Luxury and Pro variants, most notably replacing the standard coil springs with a 'Magic Carpet' air suspension system and CDC dampers that adjust to GCC road conditions in real-time. Inside, it upgrades to a 25-speaker Meridian surround sound system and includes 'zero-gravity' front seats with ventilation and massage functions. It also adds the 192-line LiDAR sensor suite, providing a more robust safety net for fast-moving highway traffic.

07 vs Segment Rivals

The Avatr 07 leads rivals like the Tesla Model Y and Li Auto L6 by offering a unique Range Extended (REEV) powertrain that provides the smoothness of an EV with a total range exceeding 1,100 km. Its cabin features a massive 35.4-inch 4K panoramic display that is vastly more immersive than the single-screen setups found in German competitors. Additionally, the standard dual-motor AWD system provides better stability on sand-swept desert highways compared to entry-level RWD rivals.

Running Costs & Resale

The REEV powertrain is remarkably efficient for GCC city driving, using its 1.5L range-extender primarily to maintain battery levels rather than directly driving the wheels. Maintenance is straightforward, with service centers available through authorized partners in major UAE hubs, following standard 10,000 km intervals that include engine oil checks common to hybrid vehicles. While depreciation for new tech-focused brands is typically 12-15% annually, the Ultra trim's high feature density helps it retain value better than base models.

Performance & Capability

This AWD Ultra variant delivers a blistering 0-100 km/h time of 4.8 seconds, ensuring effortless overtaking even on high-speed arterial roads. The Kunlun range-extension system allows for a CLTC combined range of 1,152 km, making cross-border trips between Emirates possible on a single tank and charge. With selectable driving modes including a specific traction-assist setting, it is well-equipped to handle the occasional gravel track or sand-dusted road surface.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the GCC summer, featuring high-performance air conditioning and a 4L factory-integrated refrigerator to keep drinks chilled on long drives. Seating for five is finished in premium Nappa leather, with the front zero-gravity seats offering a level of comfort usually reserved for executive sedans. Acoustic dual-layer glass is used throughout to ensure the interior remains serene even when cruising at 140 km/h on the E11.

Safety

Safety is managed by the Huawei ADS suite, which utilizes a roof-mounted LiDAR and 27 different sensors to provide 360-degree protection. Standard features include high-speed adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, and automatic emergency braking, all of which are vital for safety on multi-lane GCC highways. The Ultra trim also features an reinforced battery casing with IPX8 waterproofing and 24-hour thermal monitoring.

The bottom line

This 2026 Avatr 07 Ultra is the perfect opportunity for a tech-forward buyer who wants supercar-rivaling acceleration and luxury-class comfort without the range limitations of a pure EV.
