Summary

This 2026 BMW X5 xDrive40i M Sport Pro represents a rare opportunity to own a current-model-year SUV with exceptionally low mileage for the GCC market. Finished in a highly desirable Grey that traditionally maintains strong resale value in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, this M Sport Pro trim adds aggressive aesthetics and performance hardware over the standard models. The refined 6-cylinder engine is perfectly suited for long-distance highway cruising between Emirates while the intelligent xDrive system provides confidence during sudden rain or on loose gravel tracks. As a zero-year-old vehicle, it offers the peace of mind of a nearly new car with the initial depreciation already absorbed. For the discerning GCC buyer, this listing combines the latest BMW cabin technology with a powertrain that strikes the ideal balance between efficiency and power.

This Car vs Other 2026 X5s

With just 13,868 km, this X5 sits significantly below the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC. While many 2026 models are still in dealer showrooms, this example offers a low-mileage advantage in a resale-friendly Grey exterior that is preferred by local buyers. This suggests a vehicle that has been lightly used, likely for city commuting rather than heavy cross-border travel.

XDRIVE40i M SPORT PRO vs Lower Trims

The M Sport Pro trim elevates the X5 with the M Sport Exhaust system for a more authoritative sound and the M Sport Pro braking system, often identifiable by red or blue calipers. Inside, it steps up from the base 'sDrive' models by including the intelligent xDrive all-wheel-drive system and enhanced M-specific styling. These features are highly prized in the secondary GCC market, ensuring the car stands out against standard 'xLine' configurations.

X5 vs Segment Rivals

When cross-shopped against the Mercedes-Benz GLE and the Audi Q7, the X5 xDrive40i leads with its balanced 48V mild-hybrid 6-cylinder engine that offers linear power delivery. Its cabin remains a segment benchmark with the BMW Curved Display, providing a more driver-centric tech experience than its rivals. For GCC drivers, the X5's air-conditioning efficiency and intuitive infotainment are major advantages during long, high-temperature drives.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 9.4 L/100km, though this will vary during stop-start traffic in cities like Dubai or Riyadh. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from the extensive authorized service networks of AGMC and Abu Dhabi Motors in the UAE, as well as Naghi Motors in KSA. BMWs in this segment typically see a depreciation of 12–15% in their first year, but the M Sport Pro trim and low mileage help protect its residual value better than base models.

Performance & Capability

The 3.0-litre inline-6 engine delivers a verified 0–100 km/h time of 5.4 seconds, ensuring effortless overtaking on the E11 or other major GCC highways. It features a top speed of 250 km/h and a substantial 3,266 kg towing capacity when properly equipped, making it capable of hauling boats or trailers for weekend adventures. The inclusion of the 48V mild-hybrid system provides a smooth stop-start experience that is particularly noticeable in heavy metropolitan traffic.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the intense GCC heat, featuring a multi-zone climate control system designed to cool the interior rapidly. High-quality materials and the massive 14.9-inch central touchscreen provide a sophisticated environment for all five passengers. The panoramic sunroof and customizable ambient lighting create an airy feel, while the 10-speaker audio system ensures premium sound quality for long road trips across the region.

Safety

This X5 comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of ADAS features, including Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, and Blind-Spot Intervention, which are essential for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic. Standard parking sensors and an automated parking system assist in tight urban spaces. The vehicle is built with BMW’s latest safety architecture, featuring multiple airbags and a robust chassis designed to provide maximum protection on both paved roads and light gravel surfaces.

The bottom line

This is the perfect choice for a professional or family in the GCC seeking a current-model-year luxury SUV that feels like new but comes with a smarter price tag. Its M Sport Pro status and low mileage make it one of the most compelling X5 listings currently available in the region.
