Summary

This Range Rover represents the pinnacle of British luxury engineering, pairing the formidable 530 hp twin-turbo V8 with a sophisticated grey finish that holds strong resale appeal across the GCC. As a current-year model with delivery mileage, it offers a rare opportunity to secure a flagship SUV without the typical showroom wait times. The Autobiography trim differentiates itself from rivals through its superior off-road hardware and peerless cabin refinement, making it equally at home in urban traffic or on long highway hauls. For the discerning buyer in the region, the combination of GCC specifications and the P530 powertrain ensures optimal cooling and effortless performance in extreme temperatures.

This Car vs Other 2026 Range Rovers

With just 10 km on the odometer, this vehicle is essentially in showroom condition, offering a significant advantage over typical first-year used examples that often cover 20,000 km in the GCC. The grey exterior is a highly sought-after, neutral palette in the local market, ensuring it remains a liquid asset with better value retention than more niche colors. Choosing a GCC-spec model over international imports is critical here, as it guarantees the full radiator and A/C capacity required for the local climate.

Autobiography P530 vs Lower Trims

The Autobiography trim is a substantial step above the SE, adding essential GCC luxuries like 24-way heated and cooled massage front seats and the flagship 35-speaker Meridian Signature audio system with active noise cancellation. It also includes the refrigerated center console as standard, a must-have for summer driving in the Emirates, alongside semi-aniline leather upholstery that offers better heat resistance and a more premium feel than standard Windsor leather. The P530 powertrain itself is the main draw, providing the V8 performance that many entry-level six-cylinder models lack.

Range Rover vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 or the BMW X7 M60i, the Range Rover leads with a superior 900 mm wading depth and its legendary Terrain Response 2 system, which is far more capable on sand and gravel surfaces. While German rivals focus on on-road tech, this model provides a unique balance of executive rear-seat comfort and genuine off-road hardware, including a low-range transfer case. Its 90-litre fuel tank also provides a longer cruising range for cross-border trips between Dubai, Riyadh, and Muscat compared to smaller-capacity competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

The 4.4L twin-turbo V8 averages approximately 12 L/100km on the highway, though GCC city traffic will see higher consumption reflective of the vehicle's 530 hp output. Authorized service centers like Al Tayer and Premier Motors provide extensive coverage across the UAE, with 13,000 km or 12-month service intervals being standard for the region. While the Range Rover flagship typically sees higher initial depreciation than Japanese rivals, the Autobiography trim retains a higher percentage of its value at the three-year mark compared to the base SE models due to its high-demand feature set.

Performance & Capability

The P530's 750 Nm of torque allows this full-size SUV to hit 100 km/h in a sports-car-rivaling 4.6 seconds, ensuring effortless overtaking on the E11 highway. Its Intelligent All-Wheel Drive and electronic air suspension adapt instantly to shifting terrain, providing a 'magic carpet' ride even when venturing off the tarmac. With a 3,500 kg braked towing capacity, it is perfectly suited for hauling boats or trailers for weekend excursions in the desert or to the coast.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the GCC heat, featuring a powerful four-zone climate control system and ventilated seats for all five passengers. Acoustic laminated glass significantly reduces wind and road noise, allowing the Meridian Signature sound system to deliver an immersive experience during long drives. The executive-class rear seating includes power recline and dedicated cooling vents, ensuring VIP comfort for family or business use even during the peak of summer.

Safety

Standard safety tech is comprehensive, featuring a 360-degree 3D surround camera that is indispensable for navigating tight urban parking. The ADAS suite includes adaptive cruise control with steering assist and blind-spot monitoring, which are critical for safety on high-speed multi-lane highways. Additionally, the Terrain Response system provides enhanced stability control on loose surfaces, while multiple airbags and advanced emergency braking provide peace of mind for family travel.

The bottom line

For the buyer who demands the highest tier of luxury without sacrificing genuine GCC capability, this delivery-mileage Autobiography P530 is the definitive choice in the current market.
