Summary

This 2025 Range Rover Autobiography P530 offers a rare opportunity to own the segment's benchmark luxury SUV with just 12,000 km, significantly below the typical GCC annual average. Finished in Santorani Black, the most sought-after resale color in the UAE, this P530 trim combines the relentless power of the 4.4L V8 with the absolute peak of British craftsmanship. It stands out from the standard SE models by offering a level of interior refinement, from massaged Semi-Aniline leather to refrigerated storage, that defines executive travel. For the GCC buyer, the standard GCC specification ensures the cooling systems and air purification are purpose-built for the region's extreme summer temperatures.

This Car vs Other 2025 Range Rovers

With only 12,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has covered less than half the distance of a typical one-year-old car in the GCC market. The black-on-black aesthetic is the strongest configuration for local resale, ensuring higher demand and value retention compared to lighter or non-metallic finishes. Being a GCC-spec vehicle, it carries the full peace of mind of regional warranty support and specialized engine cooling.

AUTOBIOGRAPHY P530 vs Lower Trims

The Autobiography trim is a significant leap over the SE and HSE, adding the 35-speaker Meridian Signature audio system and 24-way heated and cooled massage seats as standard. You also gain Executive Class rear seating, a front center console refrigerator for GCC summers, and Pixel LED headlights. Mechanically, the P530 replaces the inline-six with the powerhouse 4.4L twin-turbo V8, essential for effortless highway overtaking.

Range Rover vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the Lexus LX 600 offer durability and the BMW X7 focuses on road agility, the Range Rover remains the only SUV in the segment to offer a true 900 mm wading depth and a two-speed transfer case. Its cabin insulation and acoustic glass provide a quieter environment than the Mercedes-Benz GLS, making it the preferred choice for long cross-emirate drives. The P530's V8 engine provides a smoother, more prestigious power delivery than the turbocharged V6s found in many current competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel consumption for the 4.4L V8 averages approximately 11.6 L/100km on a combined cycle, though GCC city traffic will see higher figures. Service intervals are set at 13,000 km or 12 months, supported by an extensive network of authorized centers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC. While luxury SUVs typically depreciate faster than mass-market brands, the P530 Autobiography in black maintains a premium position in the used market, often retaining better value than European rivals like the BMW X5 or X7.

Performance & Capability

The P530 is powered by a 4.4L twin-turbo V8 producing 530 hp and 750 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 4.6 seconds. The standard Electronic Air Suspension and Terrain Response 2 system allow the vehicle to adapt instantly from high-speed highway cruising to demanding desert terrain. With a maximum ground clearance of 295 mm and a 3,500 kg braked towing capacity, it remains as capable in the dunes as it is composed on the road.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of Semi-Aniline leather and refined technology, featuring five seats with four-zone climate control to ensure every passenger stays cool in the GCC heat. The 'Cabin Air Purification Pro' system is particularly effective at filtering local dust and allergens during sandstorm season. Technology highlights include the 13.1-inch Pivi Pro curved glass touchscreen and a Head-up Display that keeps vital information in the driver's line of sight during high-speed travel.

Safety

This Autobiography trim comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite including Blind Spot Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control with Steering Assist, and a 3D Surround Camera system that is invaluable for parking in tight city spaces. The Lane Keep Assist and Rear Collision Monitor provide essential protection on fast-moving multi-lane highways. Additionally, the Wade Sensing technology uses mirror-mounted sensors to provide real-time water depth data, ensuring safety during the region's occasional heavy storm flooding.

The bottom line

This is the ideal choice for a buyer seeking a near-new flagship V8 with the most desirable regional specifications and color, offering a significant saving over a brand-new showroom order without the wait.
