Summary

This 2026 Lexus LX700h Signature represents the first-ever hybrid flagship in the LX lineage, offering a unique blend of high-output performance and improved efficiency for city driving. With only delivery mileage and a GCC-optimized configuration, it occupies the most desirable position in the regional market. The Signature trim provides a sophisticated balance of luxury and utility, standing out from traditional petrol rivals with its massive 790 Nm of torque. For the GCC buyer, this model delivers the legendary reliability of a body-on-frame Lexus with a new, refined powertrain that excels in stop-start traffic and long desert highway stretches. It is a premier opportunity to own a next-generation luxury icon in the market's preferred resale color.

This Car vs Other 2026 LX700hs

With just 1 km on the odometer, this vehicle is in showroom condition and bypasses the typical wait times associated with high-demand flagship hybrids. While average GCC annual mileage for luxury SUVs often reaches 25,000 km, this unit offers a completely fresh mechanical start. The white exterior is the highest-demand resale color in the UAE and wider GCC, ensuring it holds its value better than darker or niche alternatives.

SIGNATURE vs Lower Trims

The Signature trim serves as a high-spec entry point to the 700h range, featuring 22-inch forged alloy wheels and the advanced Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 as standard. Unlike base models in the previous generation, this trim includes the 12.3-inch digital cockpit and the essential 360-degree Multi-Terrain Monitor for easier navigation in tight urban spaces. It also benefits from the hybrid-exclusive 2,400-watt AC inverter, perfect for powering devices during outdoor excursions.

LX700h vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the BMW X7 or Mercedes-Benz GLS offer a more road-biased monocoque feel, the LX700h retains a rugged body-on-frame construction preferred for durability in the Middle East. It outmuscles the Cadillac Escalade in low-end torque thanks to its electric motor assistance, and its 110-litre fuel tank provides a significantly longer touring range than most European competitors. The LX remains the segment leader for resale value across the GCC service network.

Running Costs & Resale

The LX700h achieves a manufacturer-estimated 10.0 L/100km, a notable improvement over the non-hybrid LX600 that pays dividends in heavy Dubai or Riyadh traffic. Lexus maintains one of the most extensive authorized service networks in the region through distributors like Al-Futtaim and Abdul Latif Jameel, with standard intervals at 10,000 km or 6 months. Historically, the LX nameplate retains roughly 85-90% of its value after three years in the GCC, significantly outperforming German luxury equivalents.

Performance & Capability

The hybrid powertrain delivers a combined 457 hp and an impressive 790 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in approximately 6 seconds. This massive torque is particularly useful for smooth highway overtaking and maintains the vehicle's 3,629 kg towing capacity. The inclusion of a full-size spare wheel and the Multi-Terrain Select system ensures it remains a genuine off-road flagship capable of crossing borders and desert terrain with confidence.

Comfort & Cabin

This seven-seat configuration is designed for family logistics, featuring ventilated front seats and a powerful GCC-spec multi-zone climate control system that handles 45°C+ temperatures with ease. The cabin is insulated with acoustic glass to maintain the Lexus 'serenity mission' even at high highway speeds. Tech highlights include a dual-touchscreen interface and a digital rearview mirror that provides visibility even when the cargo area is fully loaded to the roof.

Safety

The Signature trim is equipped with a full ADAS suite, including Pre-Collision System with pedestrian detection, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Lane Tracing Assist for long-distance highway comfort. Blind Spot Monitoring is standard, providing essential safety on fast-moving multi-lane roads. The hybrid battery is encased in a waterproof structure to maintain safety during wading, complemented by a comprehensive 10-airbag system.

The bottom line

This is a rare chance to secure a delivery-mileage 2026 hybrid flagship in the GCC's most popular color, offering a perfect blend of prestige, new technology, and market-leading resale security.
