Summary

This 2026 Lexus LX700h VIP represents the absolute peak of the LX range, combining the new high-output hybrid powertrain with an exclusive four-seat executive cabin. In the GCC market, the VIP trim is highly coveted for its unmatched rear-passenger experience, featuring power-reclining ottoman seats and dedicated climate controls that are essential for long summer drives. The black exterior is a premier resale choice in the region, ensuring the vehicle holds its value exceptionally well compared to European rivals. As the first hybrid flagship in the model's history, it offers the perfect balance of immediate torque for city traffic and sustained power for trans-emirate highway cruising. For the serious buyer, this listing offers the chance to own the most technologically advanced and comfortable Lexus SUV ever produced.

This Car vs Other 2026 LX700hs

As a 2026 model year vehicle, this LX700h features the latest generation of Lexus hybrid technology and interior refinements. In the GCC market, where annual mileage often exceeds 20,000 km, a current-year model represents a significant advantage in terms of remaining warranty and mechanical freshness. The black exterior remains one of the top three colors for resale value across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, making this a smart long-term investment.

VIP vs Lower Trims

The VIP trim removes the standard third row to create a sanctuary for two rear passengers, adding power-adjustable captain chairs with massage functions and a right-rear power ottoman. Unlike the Overtrail or Luxury grades, the VIP includes a dedicated 7-inch rear touchscreen for four-zone climate control and rear-seat entertainment with dual 11.4-inch screens. You also benefit from the 25-speaker Mark Levinson Reference 3D Surround Sound system, which is the highest-tier audio package available in the LX lineup.

LX700h vs Segment Rivals

The LX700h leads rivals like the Cadillac Escalade and Range Rover in long-distance reliability and authorized service footprint across the entire GCC. While competitors often rely on smaller fuel tanks, the LX700h retains a substantial 110-litre capacity (including the sub-tank), providing a total range that is superior for cross-border travel. Its body-on-frame construction offers a level of durability in desert conditions that monocoque rivals cannot match.

Running Costs & Resale

The hybrid powertrain delivers a manufacturer-claimed 10.0 L/100km combined, offering a significant efficiency gain in stop-start traffic in Dubai or Riyadh compared to the petrol-only LX600. Maintenance is supported by the most extensive authorized service network in the region, with major hubs in every GCC country. Lexus flagship SUVs typically see the lowest depreciation in their segment, often retaining over 85% of their value after the first three years in the local market.

Performance & Capability

Generating 457 hp and a massive 790 Nm of torque, the LX700h provides effortless overtaking power even when fully loaded. The hybrid system is specifically engineered to assist at low speeds, providing instant electric torque that helps the vehicle navigate soft sand or heavy traffic with ease. It maintains a 3,500 kg braked towing capacity and a sophisticated Multi-Terrain Select system, ensuring it is as capable on a weekend desert trip as it is on the highway.

Comfort & Cabin

The four-seat VIP configuration is designed for maximum thermal comfort in the GCC heat, featuring ultra-powerful ventilation in both rows and four-zone climate control. The rear cabin is a true mobile office, equipped with wireless charging, wood trim accents, and acoustic glass that creates a whisper-quiet environment at high speeds. A built-in refrigerator in the center console ensures drinks stay chilled during long summer drives across the emirates.

Safety

This flagship trim comes standard with the full Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 suite, including Dynamic Radar Cruise Control and Lane Tracing Assist, which are invaluable for long desert highway stretches. The VIP trim adds specific safety enhancements like a rear-seat knee airbag and a 360-degree Panoramic View Monitor to assist with parking this large SUV in tight city spaces. The system's Pre-Collision System with pedestrian detection provides an extra layer of security in fast-moving urban traffic.

The bottom line

This LX700h VIP is the ultimate choice for the executive buyer who requires the prestige and comfort of a limousine with the rugged durability of a legendary GCC off-roader.
