Summary

This 2026 G63 AMG offers a rare chance to own the updated '465' generation with virtually zero mileage, bypassing the long waitlists typically found at UAE dealerships. The combination of a black exterior and the prestigious AMG badge ensures this remains one of the strongest resale assets in the GCC luxury market. As a European-spec model, it features the latest software and high-performance calibration, though buyers should note the difference in regional warranty compared to local GCC-spec units. For the driver who demands the ultimate status symbol that can transition from city boulevards to desert dunes without hesitation, this near-new example is the benchmark. It stands alone in a segment where its rivals often choose between luxury or capability; the G63 simply masters both.

This Car vs Other 2026 G63 AMGs

With only 100 km on the odometer, this vehicle is essentially in showroom condition, offering a significant advantage over typical first-year GCC cars that often cover 20,000 km annually. The black-on-black configuration is the most searched combination in the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets, maximizing your future resale potential. As a 0-year-old vehicle, it represents the absolute latest in Mercedes-AMG engineering and interior tech.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The G63 AMG trim elevates the G-Class experience significantly over the G550, most notably with the hand-assembled 585 hp V8 biturbo engine and the signature side-exit exhaust system. It features the AMG Ride Control adaptive suspension and a high-performance braking system that are essential for handling its immense power on UAE highways. Inside, this trim standardizes the AMG Performance steering wheel and upgraded MBUX interface, providing a more driver-centric cockpit than entry-level variants.

G63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the Lamborghini Urus or Range Rover SV offer high on-road speeds, the G63 leads the segment with its three independent 100% locking differentials and a low-range transfer case for genuine desert capability. It offers a 700 mm wading depth and superior ground clearance, making it more robust for regional off-road adventures. Additionally, the G-Class maintains a cult status and value retention in the GCC that few European luxury SUVs can match.

Running Costs & Resale

The 4.0L V8 with 48V mild-hybrid tech averages approximately 14.7 L/100km on the highway, though GCC city traffic will see higher consumption. Being a European-spec vehicle, local authorized dealers may require a service contract purchase for warranty coverage, a common consideration for UAE owners. Historically, the G63 holds roughly 70-80% of its value after three years in the GCC, significantly outperforming the luxury SUV average. Mercedes-Benz has an extensive authorized service network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha, ensuring parts are readily available.

Performance & Capability

The 585 hp V8 biturbo engine, paired with a 9-speed AMG Speedshift transmission, delivers a blistering 0-100 km/h time of just 4.3 seconds. Its 850 Nm of torque provides effortless overtaking power on fast-moving multi-lane highways like the E11. Off-road, the 241 mm ground clearance and dedicated Sand and Rock modes allow it to navigate soft dunes and rocky wadis with ease. The AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system is rear-biased, offering a more dynamic driving feel during high-speed cornering.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring the latest dual 12.3-inch digital displays and the Burmester 3D surround sound system. Standard ventilated front seats and a powerful multi-zone climate control system are specifically suited to maintaining comfort during the extreme GCC summer. The interior is finished with premium Nappa leather and customizable ambient lighting, providing a sophisticated atmosphere for both city commutes and long cross-border drives. Acoustic glass helps isolate the cabin from wind noise, even at high highway speeds.

Safety

This G63 comes equipped with the full Mercedes-Benz ADAS suite, including Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC and Steering Assist, which are invaluable for long desert highway stretches. The 360-degree camera system features a 'transparent hood' view, assisting in navigating both tight city parking and difficult off-road crests. Standard safety tech also includes 10 airbags, Blind Spot Assist, and Active Lane Keeping Assist to ensure maximum protection in fast-moving traffic.

The bottom line

This is a prime opportunity for a buyer looking to skip the waitlist and secure a 2026 G63 AMG in the most desirable color for the region. It is the perfect match for the enthusiast who values immediate delivery and the unmatched prestige of the V8 AMG icon.
