A few years ago, Toyota unveiled a distinct new compact into the market known as the C-HR. Only available in select markets mainly in Europe, the 2020 Toyota C-HR is now available in the UAE.
The innovative compact SUV combines daring design with a responsive drive and class-leading eco-friendly technology.
The 2020 Toyota C-HR sticks out from other Toyota models thanks to faceted gemstone-like shapes and fluid surfaces. The front of the vehicle represents a further evolution of Toyota’s Under Priority and Keen Look design identity.
Viewed from the front, the captivating Day Time Running Lights (DRL’s) form a singular illuminated element located about the main beam projectors. Equipped with LED lamp technology, the rear light clusters protrude out of the bodywork and are connected by a sleek, glossy spoiler giving the back view of the 2020 Toyota C-HR and expressive visual signature.
Inside, the 2020 C-HR is spacious despite its low profile. Sporting elegant style, curved surfaces and crips lines, the compact SUV features a 4.2-inch colour LCD Multi-information display and 7-inch display audio with full smartphone integration through both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Drive comes courtesy of a 1.8-litre VVT-i full hybrid powertrain connected to an automatic CVT transmission. Generating 121 hp, the hybrid-electric powertrain is equipped with a small, light and powerful lithium-ion battery pack that can efficiently absorb and deliver power when required.
Serving as the only hybrid in its class, the 2020 C-HR delivers the lowest fuel consumption with 23.9 km/l.
