Porsche extends warranty for MENA customers

Due to the current global situation, Porsche Middle East and Africa are extending new car warranty by a further three months for all cars with a new car warranty expiring between the 1st of March 2020 and the 31st of May 2020.

The offer comes at no additional cost to Porsche customers and is valid worldwide. The extension is also valid on Porsche Approved warranty.

The prestigious sports car manufacturer is one of many auto manufacturers extending vehicle warranty for UAE customers.

“Our ultimate aim is to create enthusiasm among our customers – this includes providing outstanding services particularly in difficult times,” says Daniel Schukraft, Head of Aftersales at Porsche AG. “We have therefore decided to implement a uniform and unbureaucratic solution worldwide. Customers do not have to do anything, the Porsche Centers will process the extension automatically.”

New end dates for customer warranty will be calculated from the end of the current period. As an example, if the new car warranty expires on the 20th of March 2020, a further three months will be added, which extends the warranty to the 20th of June.

The new car warranty is always valid for a minimum of two years and starts on the day the vehicle is delivered to the customer.

The Porsche Approved warranty for pre-owned cars is 12-month long with the option of an extension. Warranty claims can be made via any Porsche Partner worldwide.
