This Sunday (23/08/20) marks the celebration of Hijri New Year 1442 and throughout the day, parking will be free across Dubai announced the Roads and Transport Authority on Thursday. Multi-storey parking lots will not be free.
Paid parking will resume on the 24th of August 2020.
The RTA also announced timing changes for customer service happiness centres and vehicle testing centres. Timing changes will also be present on the Dubai Metro Red and Green line as well as the Dubai Tram.
Abu Dhabi Authorities also announced free parking across the Emirate.
