The Polestar 3 Long Range Single motor, unmodified and in production form, has set a new Guinness World Record by travelling 935.44 km (581.3 miles) on a single charge on UK public roads. The journey took 22 hours and 57 minutes in mixed weather conditions, including rain.

The SUV achieved an efficiency of 12.1 kWh per 100 km (19.5 kWh per 100 miles). Professional efficiency drivers Sam Clarke, Kevin Booker, and Richard Parker rotated every three hours to maintain focus. The vehicle reached its official WLTP range of 706 km with 20% battery remaining and continued for 12.8 km after the battery indicated zero before charging.

The record attempt was overseen by a Guinness World Records adjudicator, with documentation verified through video footage, odometer readings, GPS tracking, and battery level data. The Polestar 3 came standard with 20-inch wheels and Michelin Sport 4 EV tyres, and received no modifications. The AA supported the attempt.
