Bespoke Rolls-Royce Ghost inspired by Arabian Gulf commissioned for Abu Dhabi Motors

Abu Dhabi Motors, the official dealer in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for Rolls-Royce vehicles has commissioned a one-off custom Rolls-Royce Ghost. Bearing the moniker Sambook, this bespoke Ghost is inspired by the maritime heritage of the Arabian Gulf.

Finished in dual-tone Tuscan Sun and Black Ember, the special edition Ghost reflects the colours of teak wood. This particular wood was used to create the traditional Sambook, a wooden boat that can be frequently spotted at the Dubai Creek with its origins dating back thousands of years ago.

“Ghost is Rolls‑Royce at its most graceful and dramatic. With the Sambook Ghost, we have added an even greater sense of refinement – one that is steeped in the cultural heritage of the Gulf. The Sambook Ghost represents an incredible opportunity to own a truly one-of-a-kind motor car that is inspired by an integral part of this region’s history and culture,” says Tarek Moataz, Rolls Royce Brand Manager, Abu Dhabi Motors.

Handcrafted and hand-polished, the special Ghost features a motif of a Sambook at full sail on the D pillar.

The bespoke theme continues into the cabin with Casden Tan and Dark Spice colours perfectly complement one another. The signature starlight headliner creates a bespoke ambience to mimic shooting stars via 1,300 hand-placed fibre optic cables.

The signature motif from the D pillar also features on the glove box compartment.

How much the model costs has not been revealed.

Dubicars has new Rolls-Royce and used Rolls-Royce for sale in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
