In order to protect its customers, General Motors (GM) who own Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC are requesting vehicle owners to postpone any non-vital services during the current global situation.
Working together with Al Ghandi, the official Cadillac dealer in the UAE and official Chevrolet and GMC dealer in Dubai and Sharjah, and Bin Hamoodah, official Chevrolet and GMC in Abu Dhabi, any customer in the UAE who owns a GM vehicle with warranty expiring between the 1st of March and the 31st of May 2020 will have their warranty automatic extended by two months.
To ensure that no customer is left stranded while on a necessary trip, both Al Ghandi and Bin Hamoodah are also extending their 24/7 roadside assistance to further improve road safety and reduce the risk of vehicle owners being stranded after a breakdown.
Regardless of a customers warranty validity, the service has been extended for all by three months starting from the 1st of April until the 30th of June 2020.
During this time, if a customer requires urgent assistance, the support team will tow the vehicle to their home in case the service centres are closed.
