Summary

This 2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinan presents an exceptional opportunity to enter the pinnacle of the SUV market with a vehicle that has covered just 58,454 km. As a 7-year-old example in the GCC, its mileage is significantly lower than the regional average, which typically sees luxury SUVs cover closer to 140,000 km in the same period. The white exterior is the most sought-after resale color in the UAE and wider GCC, ensuring strong value retention and market liquidity. Powered by a silk-smooth V12, the Cullinan offers a level of refinement and presence that rivals like the Bentley Bentayga cannot quite match. For the local buyer, the combination of GCC specifications and a meticulously maintained cabin makes this a standout choice for those seeking the 'Magic Carpet Ride' across city highways and desert roads alike.

This Car vs Other 2019 Cullinans

With only 58,454 km on the odometer, this Cullinan has been driven roughly 8,350 km per year—less than half the typical 20,000 km annual average for GCC-based luxury vehicles. This low usage suggests a car that has spent more time in climate-controlled environments than on harsh midday highway runs. The white finish further strengthens its position, as it is the highest-demand color for the secondary market in Dubai and Riyadh.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the foundational expression of Rolls-Royce's first SUV, this trim includes the essential 'Architecture of Luxury' all-aluminum spaceframe and self-levelling air suspension as standard. While higher configurations like the Black Badge focus on darkened aesthetics and a minor power bump, this standard trim prioritizes the classic, effortless luxury and chrome detailing that many traditional collectors prefer. It features the signature 'Lounge Seating' configuration, allowing for a versatile 5-seat layout that serves family needs better than the fixed 4-seat individual rear suite.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

The Cullinan stands alone above competitors like the Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus by offering a dedicated luxury-first platform rather than one shared with high-volume SUVs. Its 100-litre fuel tank is specifically suited for long-distance GCC touring, providing greater range for cross-border drives between emirates or into neighboring countries. The coach doors and high-sided silhouette offer more interior headroom and a sense of occasion that sportier rivals lack.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages 15.2 L/100km, though expect higher figures in heavy stop-start city traffic in places like Downtown Dubai. Service is managed via the BMW-derived Condition-Based Servicing system, typically requiring attention every 12,000 to 15,000 km at authorized AGMC or Abu Dhabi Motors centers. While European luxury SUVs often see 15% annual depreciation, the Cullinan's status as a 'forever car' and its lower production volume help it maintain a more stable price floor in the GCC used market.

Performance & Capability

The 6.8L twin-turbo V12 delivers 563 hp and 850 Nm of torque, allowing this 2.7-tonne masterpiece to reach 100 km/h in a verified 5.2 seconds. Its sophisticated all-wheel-drive system features an 'Everywhere' button that optimizes the air suspension and torque delivery for varied terrain, including sand and gravel. With a 540mm wading depth and high ground clearance, it manages the occasional flooded wadi or desert track with unexpected competence while maintaining total cabin silence.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of hand-stitched leather and genuine wood veneers, designed to isolate passengers from the 45°C+ GCC summer heat through a high-capacity quad-zone climate control system. Ventilated seats and thick acoustic glass ensure the interior remains cool and quiet even at high highway speeds. The Lounge Seating configuration provides 560 litres of boot space, which can be electronically expanded to accommodate large items or luggage for long family road trips.

Safety

Standard safety features include a comprehensive ADAS suite with Night Vision, Vision Assist, and a 4-camera system with Panoramic View and All-Round Visibility. The active cruise control and lane departure warnings are particularly useful for long desert highway stretches, while the high-strength aluminum spaceframe provides a robust safety cell. Eight airbags and advanced stability control ensure maximum protection for all five occupants.

The bottom line

This low-mileage, GCC-spec Cullinan in high-resale white is the ideal acquisition for a buyer seeking the ultimate luxury SUV that has been used sparingly and kept in prime condition.
