Summary

This 2022 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody is a rare find in the local market, offering the absolute peak of American muscle performance. With mileage well below the 4-year GCC average of 80,000 km, this vehicle has been sparingly driven and carefully preserved. The Widebody stance and striking Blue finish ensure maximum presence on UAE roads while providing the mechanical grip necessary to handle nearly 800 horsepower. Unlike standard Hellcats, the Redeye utilizes components from the legendary Demon to deliver a more aggressive driving profile. This listing represents a top-tier opportunity for collectors or enthusiasts looking for a modern icon that dominates both the drag strip and the highway.

This Car vs Other 2022 Challengers

With just 37,150 km on the odometer, this Challenger has covered less than half the distance of a typical car its age in the GCC, where annual averages often exceed 20,000 km. While many American-spec imports arrive with high mileage or complex histories, this example stands out for its low usage and preserved condition. The Blue exterior is a high-demand choice in the region, offering a vibrant alternative to the more common monochromatic shades while maintaining strong resale appeal.

SRT HELLCAT REDEYE WIDEBODY vs Lower Trims

The Redeye Widebody is a significant leap over the standard Hellcat, borrowing a larger supercharger and heavy-duty internals from the Demon to boost output to 797 hp. The Widebody package adds 3.5 inches of width for superior cornering grip and a more menacing stance that GCC buyers highly value. Inside, it features an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen and premium SRT-specific performance pages that are not found on lower R/T or SXT trims.

Challenger vs Segment Rivals

While the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 and Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 focus on track agility, the Challenger Redeye leads the segment in straight-line dominance and interior space. Its genuinely usable rear seat and massive 458-litre boot make it the only muscle car capable of comfortably carrying five adults on long drives between emirates. The Redeye's high-output supercharged V8 provides a level of torque and mechanical theater that forced-induction rivals struggle to match.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this high-output HEMI typically averages around 18.6 L/100km in city traffic, dropping to 11.4 L/100km during highway cruising across the Emirates. Service centers for Dodge are well-established across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, with recommended specialized intervals every 5,000 to 10,000 km for SRT models. As a top-tier Redeye Widebody, this model benefits from much slower depreciation compared to V6 or standard V8 trims, often being viewed as a future collectible in the GCC market.

Performance & Capability

The Redeye Widebody is capable of a staggering 327 km/h top speed, making it one of the fastest production GT cars in the world. On well-maintained UAE highways, the 959 Nm of torque provides effortless overtaking power and a distinct supercharger whine that defines the Redeye experience. Multiple SRT drive modes allow you to adjust the adaptive Bilstein dampers and steering weight, transitioning the car from a comfortable highway cruiser to a focused performance machine at the touch of a button.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin features high-bolstered SRT performance seats that provide excellent support during spirited driving while remaining comfortable for long-distance trips. Standard dual-zone climate control and powerful cooling vents are specifically engineered to combat extreme GCC summer temperatures effectively. The interior is well-insulated from road noise, allowing the premium audio system to shine even when the supercharged V8 is at full song.

Safety

This Challenger comes equipped with a comprehensive safety suite including Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path Detection, which are essential for navigating multi-lane GCC highways. The Brembo high-performance braking system with 6-piston front calipers ensures massive stopping power, while Electronic Stability Control and All-Speed Traction Control manage the engine's immense output. It also features a ParkView rear backup camera and integrated parking sensors for easier maneuvering in city environments.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants the most powerful version of an American icon with exceptionally low mileage, this Redeye Widebody is the ultimate GCC-ready powerhouse.
