• 640 hp from a naturally aspirated V10
• Top speed of 325 km/h

Summary

This 2022 Huracan EVO Spyder is a standout performance choice in the UAE, finished in a high-impact Yellow that remains one of the most desirable and high-resale colors for Lamborghinis in the GCC. With the mid-cycle EVO updates, this model offers the perfected peak of the naturally aspirated V10 era, delivering 640 hp and all-wheel drive stability that makes it exceptionally capable on well-maintained regional highways. As a European spec vehicle, it offers high-end interior finishes and a performance-focused tune, though buyers should ensure consistent maintenance at specialized centers to account for the local climate. For those seeking the raw symphonic exhaust note of a V10 combined with open-top freedom, this specific listing represents a modern, high-spec example of a generation that is becoming increasingly collectible.

This Car vs Other 2022 Huracans

With 55,698 km, this vehicle has seen regular active use, which is common for Huracans in the UAE that serve as frequent weekend cruisers rather than garage queens. In a market where many 2022 examples are kept under 20,000 km, this mileage indicates a mechanically vetted car that has been driven as intended, often resulting in fewer 'sitting' issues with seals and batteries. The Yellow exterior is a significant advantage in the GCC, consistently ranking among the top three resale colors for supercars due to its visibility and brand heritage.

EVO SPYDER vs Lower Trims

The EVO Spyder represents a massive leap over the earlier LP 610-4, inheriting the uprated 640 hp engine from the track-focused Performante while maintaining daily drivability. Crucially for GCC buyers, the EVO trim adds the 8.4-inch HMI touchscreen and the LDVI (Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata) system, which uses predictive logic to adjust steering, torque vectoring, and suspension in real-time. This trim also standardizes all-wheel steering, which significantly improves agility in tight city traffic compared to the base RWD models.

Huracan vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Ferrari F8 Spider or the McLaren 720S Spider, the Huracan leads with its naturally aspirated engine character, providing a linear power delivery and high-pitched soundtrack that turbocharged rivals cannot match. Its all-wheel-drive system offers a higher safety margin and better traction on sand-dusted road surfaces common in the UAE. Furthermore, the Huracan shares significant mechanical architecture with the Audi R8, ensuring a level of electronic reliability and switchgear quality that often surpasses its niche boutique competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 5.2L V10 typically averages around 14.1 L/100km combined, though GCC city traffic can see this rise significantly. Service intervals are generally every 15,000 km or 12 months, and while this is a European spec car, authorized service centers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia are fully equipped to maintain it, provided the coolant and filtration systems are monitored for high-heat duty. The Huracan EVO holds its value remarkably well in the GCC, with an annual depreciation rate typically between 12-15%, outperforming many of its European supercar peers.

Performance & Capability

The EVO Spyder clears the 0-100 km/h sprint in just 3.1 seconds, powered by a 5.2L V10 that produces its peak 640 hp at a screaming 8,000 rpm. This performance is perfectly suited for the UAE’s expansive highway network, where the car’s top speed of 325 km/h and high-speed stability shine. The 7-speed dual-clutch transmission provides lightning-fast shifts, while the multiple drive modes—Strada, Sport, and Corsa—allow the driver to transform the car from a civilized tourer to a track-ready weapon at the touch of a button.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the cabin features a fighter-jet inspired cockpit with the signature red flip-cover start button and premium leather-and-Alcantara finishes. For the GCC climate, the air conditioning system is robust, and the power-operated soft top can be opened or closed in just 17 seconds at speeds up to 50 km/h, allowing you to maximize the cooler evening hours. The 8.4-inch central touchscreen integrates Apple CarPlay and advanced telemetry, ensuring you stay connected during long drives between Emirates.

Safety

Safety is managed by the LDVI central processing unit, which integrates the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and all-wheel-drive systems to anticipate and prevent loss of traction. Standard features include carbon-ceramic brakes for fade-free stopping power, front and side airbags, and a high-strength aluminum/carbon fiber hybrid chassis. For highway driving, the high-intensity LED lighting and responsive steering provide the necessary confidence for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic.

The bottom line

This Huracan EVO Spyder is the ideal choice for an enthusiast who wants the definitive V10 soundtrack and a head-turning Yellow presence, offering a high-spec alternative to new models at a market-competitive value.
