Summary

This 2023 M4 CSL is a rare find in the GCC market, representing the most focused production car in BMW's modern history. With only 1,506 km on the clock, it offers a near-new experience for collectors seeking the pinnacle of the G82 platform. The Alpine White finish is not only a classic BMW M color but also one of the rarest for this limited run, significantly boosting its future resale potential across the region. Designed as a two-seat track specialist, this car trades daily soft-luxury for raw performance, making it a standout choice against standard sports coupes. For the serious GCC enthusiast, this listing provides a rare opportunity to own a limited-edition icon that is already proving to be a stable asset in the local market.

This Car vs Other 2023 M4s

With just 1,506 km, this car’s mileage is exceptionally low compared to the typical 20,000 km annual average for used cars in the GCC. While many 2023 M4s have been used as daily drivers, this CSL has clearly been treated as a collector piece. The Alpine White paint is particularly advantageous for resale, as it is one of the most sought-after colors in the UAE and Saudi markets for heat management and long-term appeal.

CSL vs Lower Trims

The CSL sits far above the Competition trim, shedding 100kg through the removal of rear seats and the intensive use of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) for the hood and trunk. It adds standard M Carbon Ceramic brakes and a unique integrated strut brace in the engine bay for maximum chassis rigidity. GCC buyers will particularly value the upgraded cooling system and the BMW Laserlight headlights with yellow racing-inspired DRLs that set this trim apart from any standard M4.

M4 vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the Porsche 911 GT3 or the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, the M4 CSL offers a more aggressive, front-engine grand touring silhouette while maintaining a record-breaking 7:20.2 Nürburgring lap time. It leads the segment in raw mid-range torque, providing 650 Nm that makes highway overtaking on long GCC roads effortless. The 550 hp output ensures it stays ahead of rivals that often prioritize weight over absolute power.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically averages around 10.1 L/100km on the highway, though city driving in stop-start Dubai traffic will see this rise significantly. Maintenance follows BMW’s Condition Based Service (CBS) intervals, typically every 10,000 km, supported by an extensive authorized service network across the UAE, Oman, and Qatar. As one of only 1,036 units worldwide, this model typically experiences lower depreciation than standard M cars, often stabilizing as a collectible asset after the initial three-year mark.

Performance & Capability

The 550 hp straight-six engine delivers a blistering 0-100 km/h time of 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 307 km/h. Unlike the all-wheel-drive Competition models, the CSL is strictly rear-wheel drive to save weight and provide a purist driving experience. The 10-stage M Traction Control is specifically calibrated for track use, allowing drivers to dial in the perfect amount of slip for the high-grip surfaces found at the Dubai Autodrome or Yas Marina Circuit.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a dedicated two-seater environment featuring fixed-back M Carbon full bucket seats designed for maximum support during high-G cornering. While sound deadening has been reduced to save weight, the GCC-spec climate control remains highly effective for summer temperatures. The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel and carbon fiber center console emphasize the car's motorsport DNA, ensuring every drive feels like a special event.

Safety

Safety features include the M Carbon Ceramic braking system as standard, providing immense stopping power and resistance to brake fade in extreme heat. The car is equipped with M-specific stability control, multiple airbags, and a high-strength CFRP roof that lowers the center of gravity while improving structural integrity. Active Driving Assistant features help manage safety during highway commutes, providing a layer of protection without intruding on the analog driving feel.

The bottom line

For the GCC collector who values rarity and track-bred performance, this ultra-low-mileage M4 CSL is the ultimate expression of BMW M’s 50th-anniversary heritage.
