Summary

This GCC-spec 2023 Cadillac Escalade V-Series represents the absolute peak of American luxury performance, finished in a timeless black-on-black configuration that remains the most sought-after combination for resale in the UAE. As the first-ever V-badged Escalade, it stands alone in the segment by pairing legitimate supercar acceleration with a seven-seat layout. With 108,000 km, this vehicle has been utilized as a high-speed highway cruiser, a role for which its supercharged powertrain and Magnetic Ride Control were specifically engineered. For a buyer in the GCC, this listing offers a rare opportunity to own a hand-built performance icon that commands unrivaled presence on the road. The vehicle remains a standout choice for those who refuse to choose between family practicality and track-bred engineering.

This Car vs Other 2023 Escalades

While 108,000 km is slightly above the typical annual average for a 2023 model, it reflects the long-distance highway use common for flagship SUVs in the region. The black exterior is the strongest resale color in the GCC market, ensuring better value retention compared to louder or lighter palettes. Being a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from the full local service network and cooling systems optimized for extreme summer temperatures.

V-Series vs Lower Trims

The V-Series is a significant mechanical departure from the Sport Platinum trim, replacing the standard 420 hp engine with a 682 hp supercharged V8 and specialized all-wheel drive. Beyond the raw power, it adds a 36-speaker AKG Studio Reference system, unique performance-tuned Air Ride Adaptive suspension, and high-performance Brembo brakes. The interior is elevated with full semi-aniline leather and massaging front seats, features that are often optional on lower trims.

Escalade vs Segment Rivals

The Escalade V-Series leads rivals like the Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 and the BMW X7 M60i in sheer horsepower and interior screen real estate, featuring a massive 38-inch curved OLED display. Its 91-liter fuel tank is better suited for long-distance desert highway drives than several European counterparts. Additionally, the Escalade offers a more generous third-row legroom, making it the preferred choice for large families who prioritize comfort without sacrificing speed.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages approximately 18.1 L/100km, though highway cruising can drop this to 14.7 L/100km. Service intervals are typically every 10,000 km, supported by an extensive network of authorized Cadillac centers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. While high-performance luxury SUVs experience steady depreciation, the V-Series' status as a flagship and its GCC regional spec help it retain a premium over non-regional imports.

Performance & Capability

The 6.2L supercharged V8 delivers 885 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 4.6 seconds—a remarkable feat for a vehicle weighing over 2.8 tons. The specialized V-Mode allows the driver to customize steering, suspension, and brake feel for spirited driving through the Hajar Mountains or stable high-speed cruising on the E11. Standard electronic Limited-Slip Differential (eLSD) and Magnetic Ride Control 4.0 ensure the chassis remains composed even under extreme load.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the heat, featuring powerful tri-zone climate control and standard ventilated front seats. Passengers in all three rows enjoy acoustic laminated glass, significantly reducing road noise during long commutes between emirates. The seven-seat configuration includes second-row captain's chairs, providing easier access to the rear and a more executive feel for middle-row passengers.

Safety

This V-Series comes equipped with a full ADAS suite including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, and Blind Spot Monitoring, which are vital for navigating fast-moving multi-lane traffic. The 360-degree HD Surround Vision camera makes parking this large SUV effortless in tight urban spaces. Standard safety equipment also includes Forward Collision Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and a Safety Alert Seat that uses haptic feedback to warn the driver of potential hazards.

The bottom line

This Escalade V-Series is for the executive or family head who wants the most powerful American SUV ever built, offered in the region's favorite color and fully prepared for GCC conditions.
