• 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds
• 640 hp from a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8
• Top speed of 300 km/h

Summary

This 2023 Turbo GT is the most track-focused SUV Porsche has ever built, offering supercar-matching performance in a versatile body. With only 17,500 km, this European-spec example is well below the average GCC annual usage, making it an exceptional find for a performance flagship. The black-on-black configuration remains the most sought-after resale combination in the UAE, ensuring strong long-term value retention. As the dedicated performance pinnacle of the range, it outpaces almost every rival on the road while maintaining daily usability. For the UAE buyer, this represents a rare opportunity to own a low-mileage Nürburgring record-holder that handles extreme summer heat with a robust, track-tested cooling system.

This Car vs Other 2023 Cayennes

With just 17,500 km on the odometer, this car has covered significantly less ground than the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC. While many 2023 models are reaching their second major service interval, this unit remains in a prime, low-mileage state. The black exterior is the top-performing resale color in the local market, providing a distinct advantage over more niche factory colors.

TURBO GT vs Lower Trims

The Turbo GT sits above the Turbo and GTS, adding a titanium sport exhaust, carbon-ceramic brakes (PCCB) as standard, and a specialized carbon fiber aerodynamic package. Inside, it features GT-specific sport seats and a more aggressive chassis setup including active anti-roll bars (PDCC) that are optional on lower trims. It is the only non-hybrid Cayenne tuned specifically for track dynamics, resulting in a lower ride height and wider front track.

Cayenne vs Segment Rivals

The Turbo GT primarily competes with the Lamborghini Urus and the Aston Martin DBX707. While rivals focus on flamboyant styling, the Porsche leads with a Nürburgring-proven lap record and a more sophisticated 4D-Chassis Control system. Its 90-litre fuel tank is highly advantageous for long-distance cruising across the Emirates, offering better range than several high-performance competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this high-output V8 typically ranges from 12.3L/100km on highways to 16.8L/100km in heavy Dubai or Riyadh traffic. As a European-spec vehicle, it is compatible with local 98-octane fuel, though buyers should note that authorized Porsche service centers in the GCC prioritize GCC-spec cars for extended warranty programs. Value retention for the Turbo GT remains high due to its status as the final pure-ICE flagship, typically depreciating slower than the standard Turbo models.

Performance & Capability

The headline figure is the 3.3-second 0–100 km/h sprint, a feat enabled by a modified 8-speed Tiptronic S gearbox and water-cooled transfer case. Unlike other Cayennes, the Turbo GT is designed for maximum on-road lateral grip and is not rated for towing, prioritizing high-speed stability and cornering precision. The standard rear-axle steering makes it surprisingly nimble during city navigation and multi-lane highway overtaking.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a mix of luxury and motorsport, featuring standard Alcantara upholstery and an 8-way sport seat configuration. Four-zone climate control ensures all five passengers stay cool during peak GCC summer months, while the updated Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system provides seamless wireless smartphone integration. The specialized titanium exhaust note is tuned to remain quiet during highway cruising while delivering a raw V8 soundtrack under load.

Safety

Safety is managed by a full suite of Porsche's most advanced systems, including Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes for fade-free stopping power in high temperatures. Adaptive cruise control and Lane Change Assist provide essential support during long desert highway drives, while the 360-degree Surround View camera simplifies parking in tight urban spaces. The vehicle features a reinforced safety cell and a comprehensive multi-airbag system as standard.

The bottom line

This is the ultimate choice for the enthusiast who demands supercar speed without sacrificing SUV practicality; its low mileage and classic black spec make it a premier investment in the current UAE market.
