Summary

This 2023 Toyota RAV4 LE offers a perfect balance of modern utility and legendary reliability, making it one of the most sought-after crossovers in the region. With only 25,000 km on the clock, this vehicle is barely broken in and well below the typical annual mileage seen for UAE-based SUVs. As a Canadian spec model, it features essential winter comforts like heated front seats, while remaining fully compatible with the local Toyota service network for parts and maintenance. The white exterior is the optimal choice for the GCC climate, ensuring maximum heat reflection and superior resale value down the line. For any buyer looking for a no-drama family vehicle that excels in both city traffic and cross-border highway trips, this listing is a top-tier contender.

This Car vs Other 2023 RAV4s

At 25,000 km, this RAV4 sits comfortably below the average annual mileage of 25,000–30,000 km typically seen in the UAE for 2023 models. The white exterior is the most popular choice in the local market, ensuring it stays cooler in summer and remains the easiest color to sell when you decide to upgrade. While this is a Canadian spec, it shares the same robust 2.5L powertrain found in GCC models, ensuring mechanical longevity.

LE vs Lower Trims

The LE trim serves as the entry point to the RAV4 range but still comes equipped with essential tech like an 8-inch touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This specific Canadian-spec LE adds heated front seats, a feature often reserved for higher trims in other markets but highly appreciated during cooler desert winter nights. It also includes the full Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 suite, providing advanced driver aids that are standard even at this level.

RAV4 vs Segment Rivals

The RAV4 consistently leads competitors like the Honda CR-V and Mazda CX-5 in terms of resale value and ease of maintenance across the Middle East. Its 2.5L naturally aspirated engine is preferred by many local buyers over the smaller turbocharged units found in rivals for its long-term durability in high-heat conditions. Additionally, Toyota's unmatched service footprint ensures that you can find parts and professional technicians in every corner of the GCC, from Dubai to Riyadh.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this AWD model averages approximately 7.9 L/100km, performing efficiently during long highway commutes between emirates. Service intervals are typically every 10,000 km, and with one of the widest authorized networks in the region, maintenance is both affordable and convenient. Toyota vehicles in the UAE historically enjoy one of the lowest depreciation rates in the segment, often retaining significantly more value after three years compared to European or American rivals.

Performance & Capability

Equipped with a 203 hp 2.5L engine, this RAV4 delivers a respectable 0–100 km/h time of 8.4 seconds, providing enough punch for confident highway overtaking. The All-Wheel Drive system offers extra stability on rain-slicked roads or gravel tracks leading to weekend camping spots. While designed for the road, its generous ground clearance allows it to handle light off-pavement excursions and high curbs with ease, making it a versatile companion for the diverse terrain of the UAE.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed for daily practicality, offering over 1,000 litres of cargo space behind the rear seats to easily accommodate strollers or large grocery hauls. The air conditioning system is world-renowned for its ability to reach freezing temperatures quickly even in 45°C heat, supplemented by dedicated rear vents for passenger comfort. High-quality cloth seating is durable and stays much cooler than leather when parked in the sun, making it ideal for the local climate.

Safety

Safety is a priority with the standard Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 suite, which includes a Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection and Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist. For long highway drives on the E11 or E311, the Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control significantly reduces driver fatigue. The car also features blind-spot monitoring and eight airbags, ensuring comprehensive protection for all five occupants.

The bottom line

For the pragmatic buyer, this low-mileage 2023 RAV4 LE AWD is the ultimate 'buy-and-forget' SUV that offers high reliability and the best resale security in the UAE market today.
