Summary

This 2024 Exeed LX Comfort is a sophisticated choice for urban professionals and small families seeking premium tech without the European price tag. With mileage slightly above the local annual average, it has been primarily used for the long highway commutes typical of the UAE, where its turbocharged efficiency shines. The crisp White exterior is the most sought-after resale color in the GCC, ensuring it stays cooler in the summer and retains better value over time. Compared to mainstream crossovers, the Exeed offers a far more upscale interior atmosphere, making every drive across the Emirates feel like a luxury experience. Its balance of modern aesthetics and proven turbocharged power makes it one of the strongest value-for-money propositions in the current used market.

This Car vs Other 2024 Exeed LXs

With 76,101 km on the odometer, this LX has seen active highway use, which is often preferable to high-stress city idling in heavy traffic. While the mileage is higher than some garage-kept examples, it reflects a vehicle that has been regularly driven and maintained during the prime of its warranty period. The White exterior is a significant advantage in the GCC, offering the highest demand and best heat reflection for local conditions.

Comfort vs Lower Trims

The Comfort trim serves as the entry-point to Exeed's premium world, but it still includes features that are often optional on competitors. You get the impressive dual 12.3-inch screen setup as standard, providing a digital cockpit experience usually reserved for flagship models. It also includes essential GCC features like a high-output air conditioning system and cruise control for effortless travel between emirates.

LX vs Segment Rivals

The Exeed LX is frequently cross-shopped against the Changan UNI-T and Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, standing out due to its 'premium-sub-brand' positioning and more refined cabin materials. It offers a more mature driving experience and a 51-litre fuel tank that provides excellent range for long-distance desert highway drives. The LX leads its closest rivals in interior technology integration, specifically with its seamless curved display architecture.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 1.5T engine averages around 6.9 to 7.5 L/100km, making it highly economical for both stop-start city traffic and steady highway cruising. Service centers are well-established across the UAE and Saudi Arabia via authorized distributors like Al Ghurair, ensuring parts are readily available. While Chinese premium brands are still establishing their long-term floor, the LX benefits from a class-leading 7-year/200,000 km warranty that provides immense confidence to second-hand buyers.

Performance & Capability

The 1.5-litre turbocharged engine produces 156 hp and 230 Nm of torque, allowing for confident overtaking on fast-moving UAE highways. Paired with a smooth CVT, it delivers a linear power flow that prioritizes cabin serenity and fuel preservation. While designed primarily for paved roads, its 185 mm ground clearance easily handles gravel tracks and typical weekend suburban obstacles with ease.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a highlight, featuring high-quality soft-touch materials and a minimalist design that mimics high-end European SUVs. The 5-seat layout provides generous legroom for all passengers, and the air conditioning is specifically tuned for 45°C+ temperatures to ensure rapid cooling. Acoustic glass helps isolate the interior from road noise, maintaining a quiet environment even at 120 km/h cruising speeds.

Safety

Safety is comprehensive on this trim, featuring multiple airbags and a high-strength steel cage construction. Standard systems include ABS, Electronic Stability Control, and Hill Descent Control, which are vital for maintaining traction on sandy road shoulders or during sudden rain showers. The inclusion of a reverse camera and parking sensors ensures easy maneuvering in tight urban parking spaces.

The bottom line

This Exeed LX is perfect for a tech-savvy buyer who wants a 2024 model with premium features at a significant discount from new. Its GCC-spec optimization and highly desirable color make it a practical, stylish, and safe investment for daily commuting.
