Summary

This 2024 Lamborghini Urus PERFORMANTE represents the absolute peak of the super-SUV segment, offering a level of track-honed agility that few competitors can match. With negligible mileage on the odometer, this vehicle is essentially in showroom condition, providing a significant advantage for a buyer looking to bypass the lengthy waiting lists typical for this specific trim in the GCC. The vibrant yellow exterior is not just a signature color for the brand but remains one of the most sought-after configurations in the UAE market, ensuring strong resale liquidity and high visibility. Compared to the standard model, the PERFORMANTE utilizes extensive carbon fiber and a recalibrated chassis to deliver a sharper, more visceral driving experience that excels on both the winding roads of Jebel Jais and the high-speed stretches of the E11. While this is an 'Other' spec vehicle, it is perfectly suited for the region's climate given its robust cooling systems and high-performance engineering designed to withstand extreme thermal loads. For the serious GCC enthusiast, this listing combines the immediate availability of a 2024 model with the proven performance of the world’s most versatile super-sports SUV.

This Car vs Other 2024 Uruss

When comparing this specific 2024 Lamborghini Urus to others currently available in the GCC used market, the primary differentiator is the exceptionally low mileage of just 2000 km. While the average vehicle in this region covers 20,000 to 25,000 km annually due to the vast distances between major cities, this unit has barely finished its break-in period, making it a pristine alternative to a brand-new order. The yellow exterior is a high-demand choice for this model in Dubai and Riyadh, often commanding a quicker sale and better price retention than more conservative tones. In a market where newer model years are highly prized for their updated technology and software, this 2024 version ensures the owner has the latest infotainment and driver assistance features. Choosing a vehicle with such low usage significantly reduces the immediate maintenance requirements, allowing the next owner to enjoy the full interval of the manufacturer's service schedule without concern.

PERFORMANTE vs Lower Trims

The PERFORMANTE trim is a significant departure from the standard Urus S, focusing heavily on weight reduction and aerodynamic efficiency. It adds a unique carbon fiber hood, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and a fixed rear spoiler that increases downforce by 38%, which is particularly noticeable during high-speed highway cruising across the Emirates. Inside, the trim replaces many standard leather surfaces with Alcantara to prevent sliding during spirited driving, a feature that also handles the GCC summer heat remarkably well as it doesn't get as hot as traditional leather. This trim also introduces a specific 'Rally' mode designed for loose surfaces, providing a fun and capable dimension for those who take their SUVs onto gravel or light sand tracks. The exhaust system is upgraded to a lightweight Akrapovič titanium setup as standard, providing a more resonant and aggressive sound that standard trims lack. Furthermore, the suspension is lowered and stiffened with steel springs rather than air bags, offering a more direct and connected feel for the driver who prioritizes performance above all else.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

The Lamborghini Urus PERFORMANTE sits at the top of a very exclusive hierarchy, often cross-shopped with the Ferrari Purosangue, Aston Martin DBX707, and the Bentley Bentayga Speed. While the Bentley focuses on sheer opulence and the Ferrari on its V12 heritage, the Urus leads the segment in terms of aggressive styling and raw, accessible performance that fits perfectly into the UAE lifestyle. Its 4.0L V8 twin-turbo engine is tuned to deliver a broader torque curve than many rivals, making it exceptionally responsive in the stop-start traffic of Sheikh Zayed Road. The cooling system in the Urus is also notoriously robust, having been tested in extreme desert heat to ensure that the engine and transmission maintain peak performance even when ambient temperatures exceed 45°C. For the GCC buyer, the Urus also offers a more established and wider service network than some of its boutique competitors, ensuring that maintenance is never a logistical hurdle. Additionally, the interior space and five-seat configuration make it a more practical daily driver for families than several of its more compromised competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Operating a Lamborghini Urus PERFORMANTE in the GCC involves costs commensurate with its supercar DNA, though it remains surprisingly manageable as a daily driver. Real-world fuel consumption typically hovers around 12.7 L/100km on the highway, though this can rise significantly in the dense traffic of downtown Riyadh or Dubai. The vehicle requires 98 octane 'Super' fuel to maintain the health of its high-compression engine, which is readily available at every station across the region. Maintenance intervals are typically every 15,000 km or annually, and with authorized service centers located across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, professional care is always nearby. From a resale perspective, the PERFORMANTE trim is a strong investment, as it depreciates at a slower rate than the standard Urus due to its higher desirability and lower production volume. In the GCC, these vehicles typically retain about 75-80% of their value after three years, which is significantly higher than the average for luxury SUVs in this segment.

Performance & Capability

The most impressive figure for the PERFORMANTE is its 0-100 km/h time of just 3.3 seconds, a number that places it firmly in supercar territory despite its SUV dimensions. With 666 CV (roughly 657 hp in standard metric) and a top speed of 306 km/h, this vehicle is designed for the well-maintained highways of the GCC where its stability and power can be fully appreciated. The Four Wheel Drive system features a Torsen central differential and active torque vectoring on the rear, allowing for incredible grip when exiting corners or navigating sandy patches on the road. The carbon ceramic brakes are standard and provide immense stopping power, which is a critical safety feature when driving at speed on multi-lane highways. Ground clearance remains practical for an SUV, allowing the owner to navigate speed bumps and villa entrance ramps without the anxiety associated with traditional low-slung supercars. The addition of the Rally mode specifically recalibrates the anti-roll and damping systems for faster, more controlled movements on unpaved surfaces, making it a versatile companion for weekend excursions.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the Urus PERFORMANTE offers a 5-seat layout that balances racing aesthetics with genuine family utility. The cabin is heavily insulated from the external GCC heat, and the air conditioning system is one of the most powerful in the segment, capable of cooling the entire interior in minutes even after being parked in the sun. The Alcantara upholstery provides a premium feel while remaining cooler to the touch than leather during the peak of summer. The Bang & Olufsen 3D Advanced Sound System is a highlight, featuring acoustic lens technology that provides a concert-like experience during long drives across the Emirates. Rear passengers are treated to ample legroom and their own climate control zones, ensuring comfort for all occupants. The boot space is surprisingly generous at 616 liters, easily accommodating golf clubs, luxury shopping hauls, or luggage for a cross-border road trip to Oman.

Safety

Safety in the Urus PERFORMANTE is managed by a sophisticated suite of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) that are particularly useful in the GCC’s unique driving environment. The Urban Road Assistant package includes blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, which are essential for navigating the fast-moving, multi-lane traffic common in major cities. Adaptive Cruise Control with stop-and-go functionality makes long desert highway drives much less taxing by automatically maintaining distance from the vehicle ahead. The car also features a 360-degree camera system with a 3D bird's-eye view, making it easy to park this large SUV in tight urban spaces. High-speed stability control and a reinforced body structure ensure maximum protection, while the ceramic braking system provides consistent performance without fading, even under the high thermal stress of a hot GCC afternoon.

The bottom line

This 2024 Urus PERFORMANTE is the ideal choice for the buyer who wants the most aggressive SUV on the market without the wait of a factory order. Its combination of near-zero mileage and a high-visibility color makes it a standout opportunity in the current UAE market for both driving enjoyment and value retention.
