Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 Luxury Plus represents a strategic entry into the rugged SUV segment, offering a Defender-inspired aesthetic with the civility of a modern crossover. With its relatively high mileage for a one-year-old vehicle, it has already proven its mechanical endurance on GCC highways, making it a seasoned choice for those who value verified reliability over a showroom-fresh odometer. The Luxury Plus trim is the most sought-after configuration in the UAE, featuring premium materials and tech that hold their appeal in the secondary market. Clad in a strong-resale black exterior, this GCC-spec model is perfectly suited for the region's long-distance driving and weekend desert excursions. For the buyer looking to skip the initial depreciation hit while securing a high-spec adventure vehicle, this listing offers exceptional timing.

This Car vs Other 2025 T2s

At 72,661 km, this T2 has seen higher-than-average usage compared to the typical 20,000 km annual GCC benchmark, suggesting a history of consistent long-distance highway commutes. This higher mileage is reflected in a more competitive entry price, offering a significant saving over lower-mileage examples while benefiting from the same 2025 technology suite. The black exterior remains the most requested color in the UAE used market, ensuring faster liquidity and stronger value retention compared to brighter alternatives.

Luxury Plus vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim elevates the ownership experience with a 12-speaker Sony premium audio system and a suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that are often optional or absent on the Comfort trim. It also adds critical GCC comfort features, including ventilated front seats and a multi-color ambient lighting system that enhances the cabin atmosphere during night drives. Most importantly, this trim includes the 360-degree 'transparent' camera system, which is a vital tool for navigating tight Dubai parking spaces and tricky off-road trails.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour T2 competes directly with the Tank 300 and the Toyota Fortuner, leading the segment in terms of standard interior technology and screen real estate. Its monocoque construction provides superior on-road refinement and high-speed stability compared to the body-on-frame Fortuner, while its 220 mm ground clearance ensures it stays competitive during weekend desert trips. The T2's standard inclusion of a full ADAS suite gives it a safety-feature advantage over many base-spec traditional rivals.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 2.0L turbo engine averages between 10-12 L/100km in mixed GCC conditions, which is efficient for a 4WD SUV of this size. Jetour has rapidly expanded its authorized service network across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering competitive labor rates that are often lower than Japanese counterparts. While Chinese brands typically see higher initial depreciation than Toyota, the long-term warranty support provided by local distributors helps stabilize resale values for GCC-spec models.

Performance & Capability

The 2.0L turbocharged engine delivers a robust 245 hp and 390 Nm of torque, providing smooth overtaking power on the E11 and E311 highways. Its intelligent XWD system features multiple terrain modes—including Sand, Mud, and Snow—allowing for effortless transitions from city streets to light desert dunes. With a 700 mm wading depth and a 28-degree approach angle, it is purpose-built for the diverse topographies found across the Emirates.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is designed for the extreme Middle Eastern climate, featuring high-performance air conditioning and ventilated leather seats that are essential during the summer months. The cabin is dominated by a 15.6-inch central touchscreen and a large panoramic sunroof that creates an airy, premium feel for all five passengers. Deep acoustic insulation and high-quality plastics ensure a quiet, rattle-free ride even at high cruising speeds.

Safety

Safety is managed by a comprehensive ADAS platform including Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, and Lane Keep Assist, which are particularly effective for long-distance desert drives. The 360-degree surround-view camera provides a birds-eye perspective for parking, while the high-strength steel cage and multiple airbags offer robust passive protection. Standard stability and traction control systems are specifically tuned to handle the low-grip surfaces of sandy GCC roads.

The bottom line

This Jetour T2 is the ideal choice for the tech-focused adventurer who wants a high-specification SUV that has already proven its durability across the GCC. It offers a premium, modern experience at a price point that makes it one of the best value-for-money opportunities in the current market.
