Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is a standout choice for those seeking a rugged, adventure-ready SUV without the typical premium price tag of European rivals. Its distinctive boxy silhouette, finished in a resale-friendly Grey, offers a commanding presence that has made the T2 a viral success across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. With mileage that reflects active yet standard regional use for a newer model year, it remains a mechanically fresh option for daily commuting and weekend escapes. The 1.5-litre engine provides a balance of efficiency and torque suitable for city traffic, while the XWD system handles the light desert trails of the GCC with ease. For a buyer looking to balance modern tech with a hardcore aesthetic, this GCC-spec Luxury Plus trim is currently one of the most sought-after configurations in the local market.

This Car vs Other 2025 Jetour T2s

With 35,834 km on the odometer, this T2 has been driven slightly more than the average GCC 'garage queen' but remains well within the expected range for a vehicle used for inter-emirate highway commuting. The Grey exterior is a top-tier choice for the region, offering significantly better dust concealment than black and stronger resale demand than brighter colors. Choosing a 2025 model ensures you benefit from the latest software refinements to the infotainment and ADAS systems compared to early 2024 launch units.

LUXURY PLUS vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim elevates the T2 experience by adding high-value features that are essential for the GCC climate, most notably the ventilated front seats which provide relief during peak summer. It upgrades the audio experience to a premium 12-speaker Sony system and includes the full Level 2 ADAS suite with Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keeping Assist. You also get the impressive 540° parking system, which uses transparent chassis technology to help you navigate tight urban spaces or rocky terrain.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The T2 competes directly with the GWM Tank 300 and the BAIC BJ40, leading the segment in interior technology with its massive 15.6-inch screen powered by a Snapdragon 8155 chip. While the Tank 300 focuses on traditional ladder-frame heavy off-roading, the T2 offers superior on-road refinement and cabin space for family use. Its 2,800 mm wheelbase provides more generous rear legroom than many compact crossovers in this price bracket.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this 1.5-litre powertrain typically averages between 9.5 and 11.5 L/100km in mixed GCC driving conditions. Jetour has rapidly expanded its authorized service network across the UAE (Elite Group) and Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong parts availability and reliable maintenance. The T2 currently enjoys one of the lowest depreciation rates among newer Chinese brands in the GCC due to high waitlist demand for new units, making it a stable asset in the used market.

Performance & Capability

This T2 features 220 mm of ground clearance, allowing it to clear obstacles that would stop a standard road-biased crossover. The intelligent 4WD system (XWD) by BorgWarner automatically manages torque distribution, featuring dedicated modes for Sand, Mud, and Snow to assist in diverse regional terrains. On the highway, the turbocharged engine and 7-speed automatic transmission provide smooth power delivery for overtaking and sustained cruising between cities.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the T2 follows a 'modern-industrial' design language with high-quality leather upholstery and robust physical switchgear for the air conditioning. The powerful GCC-spec cooling system is complemented by dedicated rear vents, ensuring all five passengers remain comfortable in extreme heat. The panoramic sunroof adds a sense of immense space to the cabin, while the flat-folding rear seats expand the cargo area to nearly 1,500 liters for camping expeditions.

Safety

The T2 Luxury Plus is equipped with a comprehensive safety package including front, side, and curtain airbags, totaling up to 10 points of protection. The ADAS suite is particularly effective on long desert highways, featuring Blind Spot Monitoring to alert you of fast-moving traffic and Automatic Emergency Braking for added security. The high-strength steel cage body structure provides a solid foundation for both occupant protection and off-road durability.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants the rugged look of a premium off-roader with the tech-heavy interior of a modern EV, this GCC-spec T2 Luxury Plus represents the best balance of style, features, and local market value.
