Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is a compelling alternative to established off-roaders, offering a high-spec interior and a rugged design that commands attention on UAE roads. With its GCC-specific cooling systems and the balance of a 2.0L turbocharged engine, it handles the heat of city traffic and highway sprints with equal composure. The Black exterior is a perennially strong resale choice in the regional market, ensuring long-term value retention. For a GCC buyer, this mileage represents standard annual usage, but the T2’s extensive factory warranty provides a significant safety net. It is the ideal choice for those who want the adventure-ready look of a Bronco or Defender without sacrificing the on-road refinement needed for daily emirate-crossing commutes.

This Car vs Other 2025 Jetour T2s

With just over 55,000 km, this T2 sits within the expected mileage range for a high-utility GCC SUV. The Black exterior is highly desirable in the regional used market, often commanding a quicker sale and better value retention than more niche colors. In the context of the UAE’s highway-heavy driving, this mileage indicates a well-used but mechanically mature vehicle.

LUXURY PLUS vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim elevates the T2 experience with features specifically suited for the GCC climate, including ventilated front seats and a high-performance Sony 12-speaker audio system. It adds a more comprehensive ADAS suite and a 540-degree panoramic camera system that makes parking in tight urban spaces far simpler. Buyers also benefit from standard 20-inch wheels and an upgraded interior finish that isn't found on the Comfort or Standard variants.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The Jetour T2 leads its Chinese rivals like the Tank 300 and BAIC BJ40 in on-road refinement and cabin technology, featuring a massive 15.6-inch display powered by a Qualcomm 8155 chip. While those rivals use body-on-frame construction for extreme rock-crawling, the T2’s unibody design offers superior comfort and cabin insulation for daily GCC highway use. Its 70-litre fuel tank also provides a competitive range for long-distance desert crossings between the UAE and Oman.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel consumption for the 2.0L Turbo engine averages between 9L and 11L/100km, which is competitive for a vehicle of this size in GCC stop-start traffic. Maintenance is straightforward thanks to the growing Elite Motors service network in the UAE and extensive authorized coverage across Saudi Arabia. The T2 has shown strong initial value retention due to its high demand and transferable long-term factory warranty, which is a major trust signal for second owners.

Performance & Capability

Equipped with a 2.0L turbocharged engine and a 7-speed DCT, the T2 offers 220 mm of ground clearance to handle moderate off-road trails and beach drives with ease. The BorgWarner intelligent AWD system features selectable terrain modes including Sand and Snow, ensuring traction on the UAE's varied surfaces. With a wading depth of 700 mm and a 39-degree approach angle, it is more than capable of handling weekend escapes to Hatta or the Liwa dunes.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed for the extreme Middle Eastern summer, featuring powerful dual-zone air conditioning and ventilated front seats that are essential during July and August. The panoramic sunroof features a high-quality thermal tint to keep the cabin cool while providing an expansive view of the skyline. Acoustic laminated glass ensures a quiet environment, effectively blocking out wind noise during high-speed highway cruises at 140 km/h.

Safety

Standard safety on the Luxury Plus trim includes a full Level 2 ADAS suite featuring Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, and Blind Spot Monitoring, which are invaluable for safety on the E11 and other busy arterial highways. The 540-degree camera system provides a 'transparent chassis' view, allowing you to see obstacles directly beneath the vehicle when navigating uneven ground. Additionally, a comprehensive airbag system and high-strength steel construction provide robust protection for all five passengers.

The bottom line

This Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is the perfect fit for a modern UAE family or professional who wants a rugged, tech-heavy SUV that excels as a daily driver while remaining ready for weekend desert adventures. Given its popular color and high trim level, this is a secure buying opportunity in the current market.
