Summary

This 2025 Jetour T2 Luxury Plus is a standout in the GCC used market, offering a premium experience with the most desirable high-spec features at a competitive point. The Black exterior is the top choice for regional resale value, and despite the mileage, its modern Chery-developed 2.0L turbocharged powertrain is engineered to handle long Emirate-to-Emirate highway hauls with ease. As the flagship Luxury Plus trim, it separates itself from rivals with a level of cabin technology and active safety systems usually reserved for significantly more expensive European SUVs. For a UAE buyer, this represents a chance to own a vehicle still within its primary warranty window that is equally comfortable at a mall valet or on a weekend trip to the Hatta wadis.

This Car vs Other 2025 Jetour T2s

The mileage on this T2 is slightly higher than the typical GCC annual average of 25,000 km, suggesting extensive highway use which is generally easier on the drivetrain than city idling. Choosing the Black exterior provides a significant advantage at resale, as it remains one of the three most sought-after colors across the UAE and Saudi markets.

LUXURY PLUS vs Lower Trims

The Luxury Plus trim is the definitive spec for GCC buyers, adding essential regional comforts like ventilated front seats and a larger 20-inch wheel package that the Comfort trim lacks. It also upgrades the audio to a premium 12-speaker Sony system and includes the full Level 2 ADAS suite, making it much more capable during long desert highway drives.

T2 vs Segment Rivals

The T2 leads its primary rivals like the GWM Tank 300 and Toyota Fortuner by offering a more tech-focused cabin featuring a massive 15.6-inch screen and a standard 70-liter fuel tank for extended range. While rivals often stick to more utilitarian interiors, the T2 Luxury Plus provides a refined monocoque ride that excels in daily Dubai or Riyadh traffic.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this 2.0T powertrain typically averages between 10-12 L/100km in mixed GCC conditions, reaching up to 9 L/100km on steady highway cruises. Service intervals are set at every 10,000 km, and Jetour has rapidly expanded its authorized service network across the UAE and Saudi Arabia to ensure parts availability. While Chinese brands face higher initial depreciation than Japanese stalwarts, the T2's strong regional demand helps it retain value better than earlier Chinese imports.

Performance & Capability

The 2.0L turbocharged engine produces a robust 390 Nm of torque, allowing for confident overtaking on the E11 and a 0-100 km/h sprint in approximately 8.2 seconds. It features the BorgWarner XWD intelligent four-wheel-drive system with selectable terrain modes, specifically tuned to handle sandy tracks and rocky wadi beds. With a 220 mm ground clearance and impressive approach angles, it offers genuine weekend utility beyond the city pavement.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the T2 is designed for the harsh GCC summer, featuring powerful dual-zone climate control with dedicated rear vents and ventilated front seats to keep occupants cool. The cabin is exceptionally quiet thanks to acoustic glass, and the panoramic sunroof adds a sense of space without compromising heat insulation. Technology is at the forefront with wireless smartphone integration and a 540-degree transparent chassis camera system for precise parking and off-roading.

Safety

The Luxury Plus trim comes standard with 10 airbags and a comprehensive Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System. This suite includes Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keeping Assist, which are vital for reducing fatigue on long drives between Emirates, alongside Blind Spot Monitoring and Autonomous Emergency Braking to navigate fast-moving highway traffic safely.

The bottom line

Perfect for the modern UAE family or adventurer, this T2 Luxury Plus offers flagship technology and off-road readiness while remaining a smart, value-driven choice in the 2025 model year market.
