Summary

This 2025 Mitsubishi Attrage is an exceptional choice for GCC commuters seeking maximum efficiency and low ownership costs. As a Highline trim, it offers modern features often missing in basic fleet models, while maintaining the legendary reliability that Mitsubishi is known for in the region. The Titanium Grey exterior is not only a stylish choice but also a high-resale color that hides dust effectively during the UAE summer. With low mileage for a 2025 model, this sedan provides a near-new experience without the initial depreciation. The single most important consideration for a GCC buyer is the car's ability to deliver incredible fuel economy in heavy city traffic, making it one of the most cost-effective daily drivers available.

This Car vs Other 2025 Attrages

With 34,822 km on the odometer, this Attrage sits comfortably within the average range for a high-usage GCC commuter vehicle, yet its 2025 model year ensures it retains modern safety and tech standards. The Grey exterior is a strong resale choice in the local market, standing alongside White and Silver for its ability to maintain value. Compared to older models frequently found with high fleet mileage, this privately-used example offers a cleaner mechanical history and fresher interior.

GLX HIGHLINE vs Lower Trims

The GLX Highline trim elevates the Attrage experience by adding essential modern tech that GCC buyers value, including a 7-inch Smartphone-link Display Audio (SDA) system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. While base trims often feature steel wheels and basic radios, the Highline upgrades you to 15-inch alloy wheels, cruise control for long highway stretches between emirates, and chrome exterior accents. It also features a more refined instrument panel with high-contrast graphics and a rear-view camera for easier city parking.

Attrage vs Segment Rivals

The Attrage leads its segment—rivaling the Toyota Yaris and Suzuki Dzire—specifically in cargo practicality, offering a substantial 450-litre boot that outperforms many larger sedans. While rivals might offer more horsepower, the Mitsubishi focuses on being the most fuel-efficient petrol sedan in the GCC, significantly lowering monthly running costs. Its tight 4.8-meter turning radius also makes it far more maneuverable in dense urban environments like Deira or Riyadh's city center than its competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 1.2L engine is excellent, achieving approximately 4.8 L/100km, which translates to massive savings during long-distance highway commutes across the GCC. Mitsubishi’s extensive service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman ensures that parts are affordable and maintenance is convenient. The Attrage holds its value remarkably well, typically retaining 70-80% of its price over the first three years due to high demand in the secondary market for reliable, fuel-efficient Japanese sedans.

Performance & Capability

The 1.2-litre 3-cylinder MIVEC engine is tuned for efficiency, producing a steady 78 hp that is perfectly suited for daily urban navigation. It features a top speed of 170 km/h, allowing it to maintain highway speeds comfortably on major routes like the E11. The INVECS-III CVT is designed for smooth transitions in stop-start traffic, ensuring a jerk-free experience during the morning rush. With high ground clearance for its class, it handles speed bumps and uneven road surfaces common in residential areas with ease.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the Attrage offers a surprisingly spacious cabin for five passengers, with class-leading legroom in the rear that accommodates adult passengers comfortably. The air conditioning system is specifically engineered for the high-temperature GCC climate, providing rapid cooling even when the car has been parked in direct sunlight. Higher-quality fabric seating and a height-adjustable driver's seat ensure long-distance comfort, while steering-mounted controls allow you to manage calls and audio without distraction.

Safety

Standard safety for the Highline trim includes dual front SRS airbags and an advanced braking suite consisting of ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist. Active Stability Control (ASC) and Hill Start Assist (HSA) provide added security on slippery surfaces or inclined exits. The reinforced RISE (Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution) body construction ensures passenger protection by effectively absorbing energy during a collision, a feature that distinguishes Mitsubishi's engineering in the sub-compact segment.

The bottom line

For the budget-conscious professional or small family, this 2025 Highline trim offers the perfect balance of new-car tech and unmatched running economy in a highly reliable Japanese package.
