Summary

This 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II Black Badge represents the absolute peak of the luxury SUV market in the GCC. With only 350 km on the odometer, this is a virtually new example of the latest Series II redesign, featuring the updated L-shaped lighting signature and the advanced SPIRIT operating system. The white exterior is the most sought-after color for resale in the UAE and wider Gulf markets, ensuring excellent long-term value retention. As a Black Badge model, it offers a more aggressive aesthetic and sharper performance than the standard variant, making it the preferred choice for owners who drive themselves. For the GCC buyer, the peerless cabin insulation and high-capacity cooling systems provide a sanctuary from the summer heat that no rival can match.

This Car vs Other 2025 Cullinans

With just 350 km, this vehicle is essentially in showroom condition, far below the typical 20,000 km annual average for luxury SUVs in the UAE. The white exterior is a strategic choice for the region, offering the highest resale demand and superior heat reflection during the summer months. Buying a delivery-mileage Series II allows you to bypass the long wait times often associated with new Bespoke commissions.

BLACK BADGE vs Lower Trims

The Black Badge trim is a significant step up from the standard Cullinan, increasing the V12's output to 592 hp and 900 Nm of torque. It adds the 'Low' mode to the transmission for faster gear changes and a more vocal exhaust note, along with the iconic Technical Carbon interior trim and darkened chrome brightwork. GCC buyers specifically value the Black Badge for its more assertive presence on the road and its improved high-speed overtaking capability.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

While the Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus offer performance, the Cullinan leads the segment in pure refinement and rear-seat legroom. Its 90-litre fuel tank provides a superior cruising range for long-distance drives across the Emirates or to neighboring GCC states. The Series II redesign introduces the Illuminated Fascia, a feature that outclasses the cabin technology of its closest competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 16.1 L/100km on the combined cycle, though GCC city traffic will see higher figures. The Cullinan historically holds approximately 82% of its value after three years in the local market, outperforming most other ultra-luxury SUVs. Authorized service centers are well-established in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha, with recommended intervals typically set at 12 months or 15,000 km.

Performance & Capability

The twin-turbo V12 delivers a seamless 0–100 km/h time of 4.8 seconds, a remarkable figure for a vehicle of this stature. The redesigned Series II features revised suspension calibration and all-wheel steering, making it surprisingly agile for navigating tight urban environments in Downtown Dubai. Despite its luxury focus, the Cullinan remains highly capable on sand and gravel surfaces thanks to its dedicated 'Everywhere' off-road mode.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a masterclass in insulation, utilizing over 100kg of sound deadening to ensure total silence even at highway speeds. Standard equipment includes ventilated and massaging seats, which are essential for the GCC climate, and the new starlight-illuminated grille for a distinct nighttime presence. The independent rear Wi-Fi hotspots and updated tech interface cater perfectly to families or executive passengers on long cross-country journeys.

Safety

The Cullinan comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite including Night Vision with pedestrian and wildlife detection, particularly useful on unlit desert roads. The 360° camera system and active cruise control with lane-keep assist make long-distance highway driving between emirates effortless. Stability control systems are specifically tuned to handle the varying grip levels of dusty or sandy road surfaces found throughout the region.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to own the latest Series II Black Badge in the GCC's most desirable color without the new-car lead time. It is the perfect acquisition for the collector or executive who demands the absolute maximum in luxury and road presence.
