Summary

This 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge Series II represents the absolute peak of luxury travel, showing just 33 km on the odometer. As a nearly new example in the most desirable Black Badge configuration, it offers a significant advantage over high-mileage alternatives in the GCC market. The black-on-black aesthetic is the gold standard for resale value in the region, ensuring this remains a highly liquid asset among elite collectors. Choosing the Black Badge means you are not just buying a SUV, but a meticulously engineered performance statement that commands respect on any road from Dubai to Riyadh. For the buyer who demands immediate delivery of the latest Series II evolution without the long wait times of a bespoke commission, this is the definitive opportunity.

This Car vs Other 2025 Cullinans

With a delivery mileage of just 33 km, this Cullinan is effectively a new vehicle, placing it in the top tier of the 1-year-old category where the GCC average typically reaches 20,000 km. The Black exterior is the most resilient and sought-after color for high-end resale in the UAE and Saudi markets. It provides a rare chance to own a current-year Series II model that has bypassed the typical depreciation of even a lightly used example.

BLACK BADGE vs Lower Trims

The Black Badge is more than a styling package; it increases the V12 output to 600 hp and 900 Nm of torque, while adding a 'Low' mode that sharpens the gearshifts and exhaust note for a more visceral drive. Inside, it replaces traditional wood veneers with technical carbon fiber and adds 23-inch forged wheels that are unavailable on the standard trim. It also features the illuminated Pantheon grille and darkened chrome 'Spirit of Ecstasy' mascot that signal its top-tier status.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the Bentley Bentayga Speed and Lamborghini Urus focus on outright pace, the Cullinan leads the segment with its signature 'Magic Carpet Ride' air suspension that remains undisturbed by rougher desert terrain. It offers a larger 100-liter fuel tank, making it superior for long-distance cross-border drives between GCC capitals. The coach-style rear doors provide an effortless entry and exit experience that no other luxury SUV can match.

Running Costs & Resale

The Cullinan retains its value exceptionally well in the GCC, typically losing only 18% over the first three years, which is significantly lower than its European luxury counterparts. Maintenance is supported by an extensive network of authorized service centers in major cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh, with recommended service intervals every 10,000 km to account for the extreme local heat. Fuel requirements are strictly premium 98 octane to maintain the health of the twin-turbo V12.

Performance & Capability

Propelled by a hand-built 6.75-liter V12 producing 900 Nm of torque, the Cullinan reaches 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds, a remarkable feat for a vehicle of its stature. Its sophisticated all-wheel-drive system and four-wheel steering make it surprisingly agile in city traffic, while the dedicated 'Everywhere' button optimizes the suspension and throttle for sand and gravel. With a 500 mm wading depth, it is engineered to handle localized flooding and varied GCC terrain with absolute poise.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is a four-seat 'Immersive Seating' configuration featuring a fixed rear center console that houses a champagne cooler and whiskey decanter. Every passenger benefits from ventilated and massaging seats, essential for maintaining comfort during the peak GCC summer months. The cabin is insulated with over 100 kg of soundproofing materials and acoustic glass, creating a silent sanctuary that is further enhanced by the iconic Starlight Headliner.

Safety

The Cullinan is equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite including Night Vision with pedestrian and wildlife detection, particularly useful for night driving on unlit desert highways. Standard safety features include a 360-degree 'Helicopter View' camera system, active cruise control, and lane-keep assist to manage the fast-moving multi-lane traffic common in the UAE. Its high-strength aluminum spaceframe provides a robust safety cell that rivals only the most heavy-duty armored vehicles.

The bottom line

This is the ultimate acquisition for a discerning GCC collector who wants the 2025 Series II Black Badge experience today, combining delivery mileage with the most prestigious spec available in the region.
