Summary

This 2026 Ghost Black Badge represents a unique opportunity for GCC buyers, offering nearly delivery-mileage status in a segment where new allocations often carry significant wait times. The distinctive Blue exterior provides a refreshed alternative to the standard monochrome palette, maintaining high resale desirability in the UAE and Saudi markets. As the more potent, driver-focused evolution of the world's most refined sedan, it bridges the gap between executive transport and engaging performance. In the GCC context, the enhanced chassis and cooling capacity ensure unparalleled stability and comfort during high-speed cross-emirate travel.

This Car vs Other 2026 Ghosts

With just 1,600 km, this Ghost is effectively in showroom condition, far below the typical 20,000 km annual average seen in the UAE. The Blue finish is a standout choice that remains highly liquid in the regional used market compared to niche custom colors. Choosing this low-mileage 2026 model allows a buyer to bypass the typical depreciation curve of a zero-meter car while retaining the full benefits of a new vehicle.

BLACK BADGE vs Lower Trims

The Black Badge trim is a significant step up, increasing torque to 900 Nm and providing a more aggressive, dark-chrome aesthetic for the Spirit of Ecstasy and Pantheon grille. Inside, it replaces traditional wood veneers with technical carbon-fiber weaving, a feature highly prized by younger GCC collectors. The trim also includes a specific 'Low' mode for the exhaust and sharper gearbox mapping, offering a more visceral experience than the standard Ghost.

Ghost vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the Bentley Flying Spur focus on sporting agility, the Ghost leads the segment with its Planar Suspension system, which uses cameras to scan the road and pre-load dampers. Its 12-cylinder engine provides a level of low-end torque and silent operation that V8-powered competitors cannot match on long highway stretches. The Ghost's cabin insulation is widely regarded as the best in class, creating a true 'sanctuary' during the harsh GCC summer months.

Running Costs & Resale

Ownership in the GCC is supported by a robust network of authorized service centers in all major cities, from Dubai to Riyadh. Real-world fuel consumption for the V12 averages around 15.8 L/100km, a figure that remains stable during long-distance cruising. The Black Badge trim historically retains value better than the standard model in the UAE, typically seeing 12-15% annual depreciation compared to higher rates for standard luxury sedans. The GCC specification is critical here, ensuring the car remains under local warranty and service contracts.

Performance & Capability

Despite its substantial presence, the Black Badge reaches 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds, powered by a 563 hp twin-turbocharged V12. The Satellite Aided Transmission uses GPS data to select the optimum gear for upcoming terrain, ensuring seamless power delivery on winding roads or highway interchanges. The all-wheel steering provides a surprisingly tight turning circle, making this grand sedan manageable in dense urban environments like Downtown Dubai.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior features the iconic Shooting Star Headliner and four-zone climate control designed to maintain cabin temperature even when external heat exceeds 45°C. The rear passenger compartment offers a theater-like experience with individual screens and thick lambswool floor mats that isolate the cabin from road noise. Acoustic glazing and over 100kg of sound-deadening material ensure that the interior remains a quiet environment, regardless of outside traffic.

Safety

Safety is managed by an advanced ADAS suite including Night Vision with pedestrian detection, which is particularly useful for unlit desert highway segments. The 360-degree camera system and Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go functionality make navigating heavy city traffic effortless. High-strength aluminum spaceframe construction provides a rigid safety cell, complemented by a comprehensive airbag system protecting all five occupants.

The bottom line

For the executive who prefers to drive rather than be driven, this near-new Black Badge offers the ultimate combination of V12 power and bespoke luxury without the new-car wait times.
