Summary

This two-year-old Rolls-Royce Phantom EWB represents a specialized opportunity in the GCC market, combining extremely low mileage for its age with the region's preferred black-on-black color profile. As the Extended Wheelbase variant, it offers the definitive rear-cabin experience required by executive buyers in Riyadh and Dubai, featuring significant additional legroom not found in the standard model. The 2024 model year benefits from the latest Series II lighting updates and the 'Architecture of Luxury' all-aluminum frame, ensuring a silent ride even at high speeds on the E11. For a buyer looking for immediate delivery, this GCC-spec example bypasses the multi-year wait times for bespoke commissions while maintaining a full authorized service history. Ownership here is as much about the peerless V12 refinement as it is about the unmatched social presence only a Phantom can provide.

This Car vs Other 2024 Phantoms

With only 20,000 km over two years, this Phantom's usage is well below the typical 25,000 km annual average for luxury vehicles in the GCC. The black exterior is a primary driver for strong resale value in the local market, and the GCC regional specification ensures the climate control systems and radiators are optimized for extreme summer temperatures.

EWB vs Lower Trims

The EWB (Extended Wheelbase) trim adds 220 mm of additional length entirely to the rear compartment, creating a chauffeur-driven environment that is significantly more spacious than the standard Phantom. This trim also standardizes the rear-seat theater configuration and picnic tables, which are often costly individual options on shorter wheelbase models.

Phantom vs Segment Rivals

The Phantom leads the Bentley Flying Spur and Mercedes-Maybach S-Class in pure cabin volume and road presence, offering a 100-liter fuel tank that is ideal for long-distance highway hauls across the UAE and Saudi borders. Its hand-built V12 provides a level of low-end torque and near-silent operation that smaller-displacement rivals cannot replicate.

Running Costs & Resale

Official combined fuel consumption is approximately 15.0 L/100km, though GCC city traffic will see higher figures reflecting the 6.75L displacement. Authorized service centers are widely available in major GCC cities, with recommended intervals typically every 12,000 km or annually. The Phantom historically retains approximately 60-70% of its value after three years in the GCC, performing better than mainstream luxury peers due to its high barrier to entry and limited production.

Performance & Capability

Despite a curb weight exceeding 2,700 kg, the twin-turbo V12 propels the EWB to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds with a governed top speed of 250 km/h. The 'Flagbearer' system uses stereo cameras to read the road surface ahead, pre-adjusting the air suspension to neutralize imperfections before you feel them. Four-wheel steering is standard, significantly reducing the turning circle to 14.0 meters, aiding maneuverability in tighter urban environments like Downtown Dubai.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin features the iconic Starlight Headliner and a 'Gallery' dashboard that allows for bespoke artwork to be displayed behind a single pane of glass. GCC-specific comfort is ensured by high-performance multi-zone climate control and ventilated massage seats for both front and rear passengers. Deep-pile lambswool floor mats and acoustic glass provide a sanctuary-like environment, effectively insulating the cabin from both desert heat and highway noise.

Safety

The Phantom comes standard with a full suite of advanced driver assistance systems, including night vision, active cruise control with stop-and-go functionality, and a 360-degree camera system for precision parking. Stability control and lane-departure warnings are specifically calibrated for the high-speed highway traffic common in the GCC, while the laser-cut 'Starlight' headlights provide exceptional visibility during unlit desert drives.

The bottom line

For the executive who demands the most prestigious rear-seat experience in the GCC, this low-mileage 2024 EWB offers the perfect blend of immediate availability and strong resale potential.
