Summary

This 2026 ROX Adamas in the top-tier First Class trim represents a compelling entry into the luxury EREV segment, offering a balance of performance and long-distance capability. With its 1.5L range-extender powertrain and dual motors, it delivers an impressive 476 hp, ensuring confident highway overtaking and smooth city driving. The First Class trim specifically targets buyers seeking maximum comfort with its aviation-grade second-row captain's chairs and high-resolution screens. In the GCC market, the Green exterior is a distinctive choice that maintains a premium aesthetic while standing out from the usual palette. As a new-generation Chinese luxury SUV, it offers high-tech amenities and a sophisticated AWD system that is well-suited for both the daily Dubai commute and cross-border road trips.

This Car vs Other 2026 Adamas

Being a 2026 model year, this vehicle benefits from the latest software refinements and battery management systems optimized for high-temperature efficiency. Its mileage is exceptionally low for the GCC, where the annual average typically reaches 25,000 km, positioning it as a near-new alternative with significant mechanical longevity ahead. The Green exterior is a high-value choice in the regional used market, often favored for its modern, premium appearance compared to base white or silver options.

FIRST CLASS vs Lower Trims

The First Class trim elevates the cabin experience by replacing the standard rear bench with two individual aviation-grade captain's chairs featuring 12-way power adjustment, heating, ventilation, and massage functions. It also includes a 15.6-inch rear entertainment screen and a 14-speaker premium audio system as standard, features that are often optional or simplified in lower trims. For GCC drivers, the upgraded three-zone climate control with dedicated second-row vents ensures superior cooling during peak summer months.

Adamas vs Segment Rivals

The ROX Adamas primarily competes with the Li Auto L9 and the AITO M9. It distinguishes itself with a robust 70-liter fuel tank, providing one of the longest combined ranges in its class, which is vital for long-distance driving between Emirates or into Saudi Arabia. While rivals focus heavily on screen real estate, the Adamas offers a more rugged, all-terrain-inspired design with a high ground clearance that appeals to the region's weekend outdoor culture.

Running Costs & Resale

The PHEV powertrain offers significant savings in city traffic, where it can operate almost exclusively on electric power for the daily commute. Maintenance is supported by an expanding regional parts hub in Jebel Ali and dedicated service centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring high parts availability. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it retains better value and warranty eligibility compared to non-regional imports, typically depreciating at a rate comparable to other high-growth luxury Chinese brands in the UAE.

Performance & Capability

With a total system output of 476 hp and 740 Nm of torque, this SUV achieves a 0-100 km/h time of 5.5 seconds, rivaling many sport-focused crossovers. The dual-motor AWD system provides intelligent torque vectoring, which is particularly effective on the gravel and sand-dusted surfaces often encountered on UAE service roads. Its ability to maintain high cruising speeds while the 1.5L generator efficiently tops up the 56.01 kWh battery makes it an ideal companion for the long highways of the GCC.

Comfort & Cabin

The 2+2+2 seating layout ensures every passenger enjoys a premium experience, with Nappa leather upholstery and 'zero-gravity' seat functions standard in this trim. The cabin is dominated by a 15.7-inch 3K central display and a 256-color ambient lighting system that creates a personalized atmosphere for evening drives. Sound-insulating acoustic glass across all rows significantly reduces wind noise at highway speeds, providing a serene environment even in heavy traffic.

Safety

The First Class trim comes equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite, including full-speed adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and a 360-degree around-view monitor. These systems are invaluable for navigating fast-moving multi-lane highways like Sheikh Zayed Road. The vehicle also features a full complement of 10 airbags and advanced emergency braking that detects pedestrians and cyclists, providing top-tier protection for all six occupants.

The bottom line

For the GCC buyer seeking a blend of electric efficiency, luxury seating, and the range security of a petrol engine, this 2026 ROX Adamas First Class is a sophisticated, low-mileage opportunity that outperforms many traditional luxury SUVs in both tech and value.
