Summary

This 2026 ROX Adamas represents the cutting edge of extended-range electric SUVs, perfectly balancing zero-emission city commuting with the range needed for cross-border GCC road trips. As a brand-new vehicle with zero years of age, it bypasses the typical high-mileage wear seen in the local market, offering a fresh start for an early adopter. The Bronze exterior is a sophisticated choice that resists the visual impact of desert dust better than darker tones, aiding in long-term aesthetic appeal and resale value. Standing out with its rugged Pininfarina-designed silhouette, it offers a more versatile alternative to traditional luxury SUVs by combining a range-extender petrol generator with dual-motor all-wheel drive. For a buyer in the region, the most important consideration is the unique blend of trail-ready capability and a highly digitized, air-suspended cabin that handles the UAE summer with ease.

This Car vs Other 2026 Adamas's

With a vehicle age of 0 years, this Adamas avoids the average annual 20,000 km wear and tear typically seen on GCC highways. In a market where newer models are often high-mileage commuters, this car offers the advantage of factory-fresh mechanical integrity. The Bronze metallic finish is a strategic choice for the region, offering better heat reflection and easier maintenance than black or dark grey alternatives.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The Adamas serves as the flagship evolution of the ROX lineup, adding significant premium hardware over basic configurations. It features a sophisticated seven-level adjustable air suspension system and a high-fidelity 14-speaker audio system as standard. GCC buyers will particularly value the upgraded zero-gravity seats and the enhanced thermal management system designed to maintain peak performance during extreme summer heat.

Adamas vs Segment Rivals

The Adamas competes directly with the Li Auto L8 and AITO M7, leading the segment with its superior off-road focus including a 770 mm wading depth. While rivals often prioritize a road-biased ride, the ROX offers more hardware for weekend desert adventures, including dedicated terrain modes for sand and rock. Its 70-litre fuel tank paired with a 56 kWh battery provides a total range advantage that simplifies long-distance travel between emirates.

Running Costs & Resale

The range-extender powertrain provides a real-world fuel consumption of approximately 6.1 L/100 km when the battery is depleted, which is exceptional for a full-size SUV in stop-start Dubai traffic. ROX has established an authorized service network with centers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, offering a 5-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty. While a newer brand in the GCC, its technical collaboration with major manufacturers supports a predictable maintenance schedule and stable value retention relative to other luxury NEV entries.

Performance & Capability

Generating 476 hp and 740 Nm of torque from its dual-motor setup, the Adamas delivers instant electric torque for rapid highway overtaking. The all-wheel-drive system is supplemented by an air suspension that can raise the ground clearance to 272 mm, making it genuinely capable of navigating wadi crossings and soft sand dunes. Its ability to act as a 2.2 kW power source (V2L) is perfect for powering outdoor equipment during desert camping trips.

Comfort & Cabin

The six-seat configuration utilizes a 2+2+2 layout with second-row captain's chairs that offer a first-class travel experience. The cabin is centered around a massive 15.7-inch floating touchscreen and features Nappa leather upholstery designed for durability and comfort. Advanced climate control with rear vents ensures the entire cabin remains chilled even when outside temperatures exceed 45°C.

Safety

The Adamas is equipped with a comprehensive ADAS suite that includes adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking, all essential for safe navigation on high-speed multi-lane highways. A high-resolution 360° camera system provides a virtual bird's-eye view, which is invaluable for parking this large SUV in tight urban spaces. Multiple airbags and a robust high-strength steel cage provide peace of mind for family transport.

The bottom line

This 2026 ROX Adamas is the ideal choice for a tech-savvy family looking for a premium, range-anxiety-free SUV that is equally at home at a city hotel or a desert campsite. Being a zero-age vehicle in a unique color, it represents a prime opportunity to secure a high-spec flagship before the typical market depreciation begins.
