Summary

This 2026 ROX Adamas First Class arrives as a formidable choice for those seeking a cutting-edge hybrid SUV with virtually zero wait time compared to factory orders. As a brand-new vehicle with Chinese regional specifications, it offers a sophisticated range-extended powertrain that perfectly balances electric city commuting with the long-distance range required for cross-border GCC travel. The First Class trim elevates the experience with high-end cabin finishes that rival established luxury marques, making it a standout for tech-focused families. For the GCC buyer, the integration of a 70-litre fuel tank alongside a high-capacity battery ensures you can navigate from Dubai to Riyadh with confidence and fewer stops. Its bold, boxy silhouette paired with Pininfarina design cues provides a commanding presence on the road that holds strong appeal in the local market.

This Car vs Other 2026 Adamass

With this vehicle being effectively brand new, the mileage is negligible, providing a distinct advantage over any lightly used examples that might enter the market later this year. The 'Other' exterior color is a neutral, high-demand choice in the GCC that typically supports better resale value compared to experimental bright tones. Choosing a 2026 model ensures you are benefiting from the latest hardware revisions and software stability for the infotainment and ADAS systems.

FIRST CLASS vs Lower Trims

The First Class trim is the definitive choice for GCC buyers, adding essential luxury features such as 8-point Shiatsu massage seats with integrated ventilation for both front and second-row passengers. It also upgrades the cabin with a premium 14-speaker audio system and soft-close doors, including the tailgate, which is a significant convenience in dusty environments. While lower trims focus on basic utility, the First Class introduces a higher grade of interior materials and the advanced LiDAR-based driver assistance suite.

Adamas vs Segment Rivals

The ROX Adamas competes directly with the Li Auto L9 and AITO M9, distinguishing itself with a more rugged, all-terrain aesthetic and a higher ground clearance of 272 mm. Unlike some road-biased rivals, the Adamas features a dedicated 'Recovery Mode' and a significant 770 mm wading depth, making it better suited for weekend desert excursions. It also leads many in its segment with a versatile 7-seat configuration that maintains usable cargo space even with the third row engaged.

Running Costs & Resale

Operating as a Range Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV), the Adamas offers exceptional efficiency in GCC stop-start traffic, with a pure electric range of approximately 235 km (WLTC) for daily commutes. The 1.5L turbocharged generator is designed to run on high-octane fuel common across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with service intervals typically structured around the generator's runtime. While the brand is newer to the region, authorized service support is expanding across major UAE hubs to ensure parts availability. Resale value for premium Chinese hybrids in the GCC is currently tracking well due to high demand for advanced cabin technology and fuel-efficient large SUVs.

Performance & Capability

Despite its substantial size, the Adamas delivers sports-car acceleration, hitting 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds thanks to its 740 Nm of dual-motor torque. The intelligent four-wheel-drive system provides immediate grip on sandy surfaces, while the adjustable air suspension allows the driver to raise the vehicle for off-road obstacles or lower it for stable highway cruising. With a total system output of 470 hp, highway overtaking is effortless even when the vehicle is fully loaded with seven passengers and luggage.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a true sanctuary designed for the extreme GCC summer, featuring a high-performance multi-zone climate control system and ventilated seating across the primary rows. The 7-seat layout is versatile, offering ample legroom and a flat-floor design that enhances the sense of space during long family road trips. High-quality acoustic glass and thick insulation minimize road and wind noise, allowing passengers to enjoy the premium audio system or the rear-seat entertainment options in quiet comfort. The interior is finished with heat-resistant materials that maintain their premium feel even after prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

Safety

Safety is paramount in the Adamas First Class, which comes standard with a comprehensive ADAS suite including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, and Autonomous Emergency Braking. For navigating busy multi-lane highways or tight urban parking, the 360-degree high-definition camera system and blind-spot monitoring provide essential situational awareness. The vehicle is also equipped with a robust array of six airbags and ISOFIX anchors, ensuring maximum protection for all seven occupants in the event of an incident.

The bottom line

For the executive or family buyer looking to skip the waitlist for a high-performance hybrid, this 2026 ROX Adamas First Class offers an unbeatable combination of luxury, range, and immediate availability.
