Ford has revealed the Bronco New Energy, a new SUV developed for the Chinese market, offering both a fully electric and a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variant. The Bronco EV and PHEVs blends features from both the full-size Bronco and the Bronco Sport. The exterior includes:

• Boxy silhouette typical of off-road SUVs

• Side-swinging rear door
• Front fender sensors
• LiDAR sensor mounted on the roof, hinting at advanced driver assistance features
• A version was shown with a “Badlands” badge, which traditionally indicates off-road capability

What Are The Interior Features? 

While Ford has not fully detailed the interior, available images and information reveal:

• A spacious unibody cabin layout
• A large central touchscreen for infotainment
• Likely inclusion of advanced infotainment and driver control systems
• No confirmed information yet on upholstery, seat configuration, or storage space

What Are The Safety Features?

The Bronco EV and PHEV SUVs feature several visible components that suggest advanced safety systems.
