Summary

This 2010 Lincoln Town Car represents the final era of the iconic American full-size luxury sedan, offering a level of road-going refinement that is increasingly rare today. Driven approximately 10,000 km per year, this vehicle has been used significantly less than the 20,000–25,000 km annual average typical in the GCC, making it a well-preserved choice for its age. The Silver exterior is one of the strongest resale colors in the region, effectively reflecting the desert sun and maintaining its luster over time. As a Signature trim, it provides the quintessential plush ride and spacious interior that once defined executive transport across the Emirates. For a buyer seeking unmatched cabin volume and a proven powertrain that handles high ambient temperatures with ease, this listing is a standout opportunity.

This Car vs Other 2010 Town Cars

With 160,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle’s mileage is considered low for a 16-year-old car in the GCC, where heavy highway use is the norm. Most equivalent models from this era have often surpassed 250,000 km, giving this specific unit a distinct mechanical advantage. The Silver paintwork is a highly desirable choice in the local market, ensuring better value retention than darker or unconventional shades.

SIGNATURE vs Lower Trims

The Signature trim is the definitive luxury specification for the Town Car, adding essential premium features over the base models. It includes driver memory settings for the seats and pedals, which are highly valued by families in the GCC, alongside dual-zone automatic climate control for superior cooling. This trim also standardizes the power-closing trunk and 17-inch aluminum wheels, providing a more polished executive appearance.

Town Car vs Segment Rivals

The Town Car leads its segment rivals like the Cadillac DTS and Chrysler 300 with its superior boot capacity and traditional body-on-frame durability. While European rivals focus on firm handling, the Lincoln is engineered for the long, straight highways of the GCC, offering a 'magic carpet' ride quality that remains unmatched. Its 72-litre fuel tank provides the necessary range for cross-country drives between Dubai and Riyadh.

Running Costs & Resale

The 4.6L V8 is a legend of reliability, sharing many components with other Ford platforms, which ensures that parts are affordable and widely available throughout the UAE and wider GCC. Real-world fuel consumption averages around 12.4 L/100km, which is competitive for a full-size V8 sedan on highway commutes. While American spec vehicles require careful inspection, the mechanical simplicity of this model means it is easily serviced at any reputable center across the region.

Performance & Capability

The 239 hp V8 engine is tuned for smooth, effortless torque rather than aggressive sprints, making it ideal for relaxed highway cruising at 120 km/h. Its rear-wheel-drive layout and long wheelbase provide exceptional stability during high-speed travel across open desert roads. The robust body-on-frame construction allows it to handle the occasional uneven road surface or gravel track with far more composure than modern unibody sedans.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the cabin features plush leather seating for five adults with some of the most generous legroom in its class. The air conditioning system is famously powerful, a vital feature for the intense GCC summer, complemented by dedicated rear vents to keep all passengers comfortable. Cabin insulation is excellent, effectively hushed against wind and road noise during long-distance travel.

Safety

Standard safety features for the Signature trim include traction control, anti-lock disc brakes, and front and side-impact airbags. Its substantial mass and body-on-frame design provide a sense of security on the road. For GCC drivers, the inclusion of rear parking sensors is a practical addition for navigating this large sedan in tighter urban environments.

The bottom line

This is a rare chance to own a low-mileage example of the last great American luxury cruisers, perfectly suited for a GCC buyer who values comfort and durability over modern complexity.
