Summary

This 2015 Aston Martin Vanquish Volante represents the peak of British grand touring, featuring the updated AM29 engine and the refined Touchtronic III 8-speed transmission. At 11 years old with 65,699 km, its mileage sits well below the GCC average for this age, marking it as a carefully maintained example of a carbon-fiber-bodied flagship. The Blue exterior is a sophisticated choice that holds appeal in the local luxury market, offering a more distinctive alternative to the common silver or white. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it provides the peace of mind of a cooling system designed for the heat and a documented regional history. For the buyer who values the raw soul of a naturally aspirated V12 paired with open-top elegance, this is a top-tier acquisition.

This Car vs Other 2015 Vanquishs

With only 65,699 km, this vehicle has covered significantly less distance than the typical 220,000+ km expected for an 11-year-old car in the GCC. The 2015 model year is particularly sought after because it introduced the 8-speed Touchtronic III gearbox, which transformed the car's responsiveness compared to the 2014 models. The Blue finish offers a regal aesthetic that stands out at local car meets while maintaining strong resale demand among enthusiasts.

VOLANTE vs Lower Trims

The Volante trim adds the thrill of a multi-layer lightweight fabric roof that can be operated at speeds up to 50 km/h, perfect for the UAE's winter driving season. Unlike standard grand tourers, the Vanquish uses a full carbon-fiber body structure, providing superior rigidity and weight savings that you can feel through the steering. This trim also standardizes the premium Bang & Olufsen BeoSound system, featuring 13 speakers and acoustic lens technology for crystal-clear audio even with the top down.

Vanquish vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Bentley Continental GTC, the Vanquish Volante offers a much lighter and more agile driving experience thanks to its carbon-fiber construction. Against the Ferrari F12, the Aston Martin leads in grand touring comfort and luggage capacity, making it the better choice for long weekend drives to Salalah or across the Emirates. Its 78-litre fuel tank ensures fewer stops during cross-border highway journeys.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 12.8 L/100km on combined cycles, though city driving in stop-start traffic will see this increase significantly. As a hand-built V12, service intervals are recommended every 16,000 km or 12 months, with authorized service centers readily available in major hubs like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh. In the GCC market, the Vanquish holds its value better than many European rivals due to its timeless design and the increasing rarity of naturally aspirated V12 engines.

Performance & Capability

The heart of this machine is the 568 hp naturally aspirated V12, delivering a linear power surge that forced-induction rivals cannot replicate. With a top speed of 317 km/h and a sub-4 second sprint to 100 km/h, it offers effortless overtaking power on the E11 highway. The rear-wheel-drive layout and three-stage Adaptive Damping System (ADS) allow the driver to switch from a supple highway ride to a firm, track-ready setting at the touch of a button.

Comfort & Cabin

The 2+2 cabin is draped in hand-stitched Bridge of Weir leather, featuring ventilated front seats that are essential for maintaining comfort during the warmer months. The cockpit design is driver-focused, utilizing a glass-key ECU and capacitive touch switches on the center stack for a modern, tactile feel. Despite being a convertible, the cabin is impressively hushed thanks to advanced acoustic insulation in the folding top, keeping the GCC heat and road noise at bay.

Safety

Standard safety features include carbon-ceramic brakes for fade-free stopping power in high temperatures and a sophisticated Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) system tuned for grand touring. The car is equipped with dual-stage front airbags and side-impact head-protection airbags, along with parking sensors and a reverse camera that are vital for navigating tight urban spaces in Dubai or Doha. The rigid carbon-fiber tub provides a high-strength safety cell that enhances occupant protection beyond traditional metal frames.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to own a low-mileage, GCC-spec flagship V12 that perfectly balances British craftsmanship with high-performance engineering.
