Summary

This 2015 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 4X4 Squared is a rare collector's find in the GCC market, combining extreme off-road hardware with a remarkably low 14,000 km on the odometer. While most G-Wagons of this age have covered significantly more ground, this 11-year-old example presents as a preserved asset, finished in the highly desirable and resale-strong white. The Squared trim sits far above the standard G63, utilizing portal axles borrowed from the legendary 6x6 to provide unmatched presence and capability. For a buyer in the Emirates or Saudi Arabia, it offers the ultimate statement piece that is as capable on a desert dune as it is outside a five-star hotel. This specific listing is a rare opportunity to own a low-mileage icon that has already demonstrated exceptional value retention across the region.

This Car vs Other 2015 G63 AMGs

With only 14,000 km, this vehicle's mileage is exceptionally low for an 11-year-old SUV in the GCC, where the average car typically covers over 200,000 km in the same period. This low usage makes it a standout choice for collectors who value mechanical freshness and long-term resale potential. The white exterior is the most sought-after color in the local market, ensuring it remains a liquid asset compared to more eccentric special-edition shades.

4X4 SQUARED vs Lower Trims

The 4X4 Squared trim is a total mechanical departure from the standard G63 AMG, most notably adding portal axles that increase the ground clearance to a massive 410 mm. It also features a significantly wider track with carbon fiber fender flares and dual springs and dampers at each corner for improved off-road stability. Inside, it retains the top-tier luxury of the AMG line, including diamond-stitched leather and premium materials that GCC buyers demand.

G63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

In the world of extreme SUVs, the G63 Squared competes with the likes of the Lamborghini Urus and the Land Rover Defender Octa, yet it leads the segment with its specialized portal axle technology. While rivals focus on track speed, the Mercedes offers superior wading depth and approach angles, making it a genuine powerhouse for deep desert exploration. Its 100-liter fuel tank is also a significant advantage for long-distance cross-border drives between GCC cities.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this high-riding V8 typically averages around 15.5L/100km, with figures rising in stop-start Dubai or Riyadh traffic. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from a wide and reliable authorized service network across all major Emirates and neighboring countries like Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. This model has historically shown much slower depreciation than standard luxury SUVs, often trading at a premium due to its limited production nature and iconic status.

Performance & Capability

The 577 hp V8 biturbo engine provides the explosive power needed to move this heavy-duty SUV, achieving a 0-100 km/h sprint in approximately 7.4 seconds despite its significant height. Its defining capability is the 1,000 mm wading depth, allowing it to navigate terrain and flood conditions that would stop almost any other production vehicle. Three 100% locking differentials and a low-range transfer case ensure it is virtually unstoppable in the soft sands of the Liwa desert.

Comfort & Cabin

Despite its rugged exterior, the cabin is a sanctuary of Mercedes-Benz luxury, featuring a five-seat layout with multi-contour AMG sport seats. The air conditioning system is specifically engineered to handle extreme GCC summer heat, providing rapid cooling for all passengers even in 50-degree temperatures. Acoustic glass and high-quality insulation help manage the wind noise naturally associated with such a tall, boxy silhouette during highway cruising.

Safety

The 2015 G63 AMG comes standard with a robust safety suite including Electronic Stability Program (ESP) tuned for its higher center of gravity, and high-performance AMG braking systems. For GCC highway driving, the Distronic Plus adaptive cruise control and Blind Spot Assist are invaluable features that provide peace of mind in fast-moving multi-lane traffic. The heavy-duty body-on-frame construction provides a level of passive safety and durability that is unmatched in the crossover segment.

The bottom line

This is a collector-grade 4X4 Squared for the buyer who wants the most capable G-Class ever built, preserved with incredibly low mileage and the best possible color for GCC resale.
