Summary

This Jaguar F-PACE R-SPORT offers a sophisticated blend of British design and everyday SUV practicality, making it an ideal choice for the GCC’s urban environments. With its mileage at 116,309 km, it reflects an average annual usage of roughly 16,600 km, which is well below the regional average and indicates a well-preserved mechanical life. The R-SPORT trim adds a sharper aesthetic and performance-oriented cabin touches that help it hold value better than base models. Finished in classic Black, it remains a highly desirable and liquid color for resale in markets like Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For a buyer seeking a premium European crossover that balances style with a responsive 2.0L turbocharged engine, this is a particularly balanced opportunity.

This Car vs Other 2019 F-PACEs

At 7 years old, this vehicle's mileage is significantly lower than the 140,000–175,000 km typically expected for a car of this age in the highway-heavy GCC market. The Black exterior is a top-tier resale color in the UAE, ensuring higher buyer demand compared to niche colors. Being a GCC-spec model, it features the factory-upgraded cooling systems necessary for reliable operation in extreme desert heat.

R-SPORT vs Lower Trims

The R-SPORT trim upgrades the F-PACE experience with 20-inch alloy wheels, a more aggressive body kit, and adaptive LED headlights that provide superior visibility on dark desert roads. Inside, you benefit from sport-bolstered seats with power-adjustable thigh support and a soft-grain leather steering wheel, features that command a premium in the local used market. These additions elevate the car from a standard family crossover to a genuine luxury performance SUV.

F-PACE vs Segment Rivals

The F-PACE leads competitors like the Porsche Macan and BMW X3 in terms of raw luggage capacity, offering a generous 613-litre boot that is perfect for family road trips across the Emirates. Its lightweight aluminum-intensive architecture provides a more agile driving feel than the heavier Mercedes-Benz GLC. For the GCC buyer, the combination of a large fuel tank and efficient 4-cylinder engine offers an excellent cruising range for long-distance drives between cities.

Running Costs & Resale

The 2.0L turbocharged engine is optimized for efficiency, averaging approximately 8.1L/100km on combined cycles, which helps manage costs during stop-start city traffic in Riyadh or Dubai. Jaguar maintains a strong authorized service presence across all major GCC territories, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring parts availability remains high. While European luxury SUVs typically depreciate by 12-18% annually in the region, the R-SPORT trim's high equipment level helps it stay at the flatter end of that curve.

Performance & Capability

With a top speed of 233 km/h and a responsive all-wheel-drive system, this F-PACE is built for confident highway overtaking and stability in all weather conditions. The Intelligent Driveline Dynamics software constantly monitors traction, making it surprisingly capable on gravel tracks or light sand during weekend excursions. The 200 hp output is delivered via a smooth 8-speed automatic, providing a refined power band that feels effortless during long cross-border drives.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is designed to seat five adults in comfort, featuring dual-zone climate control with dedicated rear vents to combat the high summer temperatures of the GCC. High-quality cabin insulation ensures a quiet environment, shielding passengers from road noise during high-speed highway cruising. The inclusion of a 10-inch Touch Pro infotainment system and premium materials throughout the cockpit creates a high-end atmosphere for both daily commutes and family trips.

Safety

Standard safety features on this R-SPORT trim include Lane Keep Assist and Emergency Braking, which are essential for navigating fast-moving multi-lane highways. The vehicle is also equipped with front and rear parking sensors and a rearview camera to make maneuvering in tight urban spaces simple and safe. A comprehensive airbag suite and stability control systems provide peace of mind for family occupants in any driving scenario.

The bottom line

For the GCC buyer wanting a stylish, low-mileage European SUV that doesn't compromise on boot space or regional reliability, this GCC-spec R-SPORT is a standout choice.
