Summary

This 2019 Lamborghini Urus represents a prime entry point into the Super SUV segment, featuring a timeless black-on-black color scheme that maintains high demand in the GCC market. With mileage just over 56,000 km, this vehicle has been driven significantly less than the typical 25,000 km annual average for the UAE, suggesting careful ownership. It bridges the gap between track-ready performance and daily utility, offering a far more aggressive driving profile than its luxury counterparts. For a GCC buyer, the primary consideration for this American-spec model is ensuring consistent maintenance at specialized centers to keep its sophisticated electronics and high-output powertrain in peak form.

This Car vs Other 2019 Uruss

With approximately 56,500 km on the odometer, this vehicle sits well below the 100,000 km+ average typically seen for 2019 models in the UAE highway-heavy market. The black exterior is a tier-one resale color in the Gulf, ensuring it remains highly liquid compared to more experimental shades. As an American-spec import, it offers a competitive entry price while maintaining the same mechanical heart as its GCC counterparts.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

In the 2019 lineup, the Urus was launched as a single, highly-specified trim that already included premium features GCC buyers prioritize. This vehicle comes standard with carbon-ceramic brakes, adaptive air suspension, and the ANIMA drive selector with dedicated sand (SABBIA) and dirt (TERRA) modes. Unlike basic luxury SUVs, it features an active rear-torque vectoring system that significantly enhances cornering stability during high-speed highway merges.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

The Urus leads the Bentley Bentayga and Porsche Cayenne Turbo in raw emotional appeal and aggressive styling, serving as a more extroverted choice for Dubai and Riyadh's elite circles. Its 650 hp output remains a benchmark, offering a sharper, more rear-biased power delivery than the more comfort-oriented BMW X7 or Mercedes-AMG GLS 63. The integration of high-performance hardware with an 85-liter fuel tank makes it uniquely suited for long-distance cross-border drives where range and speed are equally vital.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages roughly 12.3 to 12.7 L/100km on combined cycles, though spirited city driving in stop-start traffic will increase these figures. Lamborghini recommends service intervals every 10,000 km or annually, with specialized service centers widely available in the UAE and major KSA cities. While European luxury SUVs typically depreciate by 15-18% annually in the GCC, the Urus has demonstrated stronger value retention due to its status as a definitive 'Super SUV' icon.

Performance & Capability

A top speed of 305 km/h places the Urus in an elite bracket of SUVs, providing effortless overtaking capability on fast-moving highways like the E11. The 850 Nm of torque is available from just 2,250 rpm, ensuring immediate response whether navigating city traffic or ascending steep dunes. Its adaptive air suspension allows ground clearance to vary from 158 mm for high-speed aerodynamics to a maximum of 248 mm for navigating uneven terrain.

Comfort & Cabin

This five-seat configuration features a versatile 40/20/40 split-folding rear bench, providing 616 liters of boot space for shopping trips or golf equipment. The cabin is engineered for GCC summers with a powerful multi-zone climate control system and high-quality insulation that keeps the interior quiet and cool. The Tamburo control unit allows drivers to switch between modes effortlessly, tailoring the interior sound and suspension stiffness for long, comfortable drives between emirates.

Safety

The Urus is equipped with a comprehensive safety suite including carbon-ceramic disc brakes for maximum stopping power in high-speed highway scenarios. Standard ADAS features include forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, and stability control systems optimized for high-performance maneuvers. For GCC drivers, the blind-spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control provide essential support during long desert highway commutes.

The bottom line

This is an ideal opportunity for a GCC enthusiast to own a low-mileage Super SUV in a high-resale color, offering supercar thrills with the practicality of a daily driver.
