Summary

This GCC-spec LX570 Signature is a prime example of the region's most sought-after luxury workhorse, showing significantly lower mileage than the typical 20,000 km annual average for 6-year-old SUVs in this market. The Signature trim is the ultimate expression of this generation, adding distinctive aesthetic touches and top-tier interior comforts that command a premium at resale. Finished in Black, the most liquid resale color in the GCC, this vehicle offers the perfect balance of prestige and bulletproof reliability. For the buyer who prioritizes long-distance touring and absolute mechanical trust, the LX570 remains the gold standard for crossing borders or navigating city traffic in total refinement.

This Car vs Other 2020 LX570s

With just 49,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has been driven approximately 8,000 km per year, which is exceptionally low compared to the GCC average of 20,000–25,000 km for a vehicle of this age. Its Black exterior is a high-demand color in the local market, ensuring it retains value better than unconventional shades. The combination of low mileage and GCC regional specifications makes this a rare find for serious collectors or daily drivers.

SIGNATURE vs Lower Trims

The Signature trim elevates the LX570 with exclusive front and rear bumper spoilers, a unique grille design, and 21-inch forged alloy wheels. Inside, it adds standard ventilated front and second-row seats, a cooled center console refrigerator, and the high-fidelity 19-speaker Mark Levinson audio system. These features are highly prized in the GCC climate and significantly improve the cabin experience during the summer months.

LX570 vs Segment Rivals

Compared to rivals like the Range Rover or Cadillac Escalade, the LX570 leads in long-range capability thanks to its standard 138-litre dual-tank system, perfect for the long highway stretches between GCC cities. While European rivals may offer faster acceleration, the Lexus provides superior reliability and a more extensive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. Its body-on-frame construction ensures it handles desert terrain with a durability that monocoque competitors cannot match.

Running Costs & Resale

The LX570 typically consumes between 14L and 16L/100km on combined cycles, though city driving in stop-start traffic may see higher figures. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it benefits from a wide network of authorized service centers like Al-Futtaim in the UAE, with standard service intervals recommended every 10,000 km. It boasts one of the lowest depreciation rates in the luxury SUV segment, typically retaining 65-70% of its value after three years in the GCC market.

Performance & Capability

The 5.7L V8 provides effortless torque for highway overtaking and towing up to 3,500 kg, ensuring smooth power delivery across the rev range. Its sophisticated Multi-Terrain Select and Crawl Control systems make it a formidable off-roader for weekend desert excursions. The adaptive variable suspension allows the driver to adjust ground clearance, providing a plush ride on pavement and necessary lift for clearing obstacles in the sand.

Comfort & Cabin

Configured for eight passengers, the cabin is a sanctuary of Semi-Aniline leather and Shimamoku wood trim. The four-zone climate concierge is specifically engineered for extreme GCC heat, ensuring all three rows remain cool even in mid-summer temperatures. Rear-seat entertainment screens are standard on this trim, keeping younger passengers occupied on cross-country drives, while acoustic glass keeps the interior whisper-quiet at highway speeds.

Safety

The Lexus Safety System+ is standard, providing a full suite of ADAS including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert, and Pre-Collision System with pedestrian detection. In the fast-moving, multi-lane traffic of Dubai and Riyadh, the Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert provide essential support. The vehicle is also equipped with 10 standard airbags, providing comprehensive protection for all eight occupants.

The bottom line

This is the ideal choice for a GCC buyer seeking a low-mileage, high-spec luxury icon that offers unmatched reliability and the best resale prospects in its class.
