Summary

This 2022 SF90 Stradale represents a rare opportunity to own Ferrari’s first series-production plug-in hybrid with exceptionally low mileage for the GCC market. Finished in a classic black, this example offers one of the strongest resale profiles in the UAE, avoiding the heavy depreciation often seen with more niche colorways. As a flagship PHEV, it delivers a combined 986 hp that bridges the gap between traditional combustion visceral feel and modern electric efficiency. For a buyer in the Gulf, this car offers the unique ability to navigate city traffic in near-silence before unleashing hypercar-level performance on the highway. It stands out as a technically superior alternative to traditional mid-engine rivals, offering all-wheel-drive security and cutting-edge aero.

This Car vs Other 2022 Ferrari SF90s

With just 6,715 km on the odometer, this SF90 Stradale has seen significantly less use than the typical GCC supercar of this age, which often averages 10,000 km annually. Its black exterior is a high-demand choice in the regional used market, ensuring faster resale and better price protection compared to experimental launch colors. This specific mileage level places it in a 'collector-grade' bracket while still being mechanically ready for immediate road use across the Emirates.

STRADALE vs Lower Trims

The Stradale serves as the high-performance baseline for this generation, featuring the sophisticated three-motor all-wheel-drive system that lower-tier Ferrari models lack. It includes the 16-inch curved digital instrument cluster and advanced eManettino controls as standard, providing a more tech-focused cockpit than the older F8 or 488 generations. Unlike the track-only Assetto Fiorano package, the standard Stradale trim maintains a lift system and more forgiving suspension, which are essential for navigating the speed bumps and varying road surfaces found in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

SF90 vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Lamborghini Revuelto and McLaren 765LT, the SF90 Stradale leads with its seamless integration of all-wheel drive and electric-only torque vectoring. While the McLaren focuses on lightweight purity, the Ferrari offers a more versatile cabin cooling system and refined grand touring comfort suited for the GCC's extreme summer heat. Its 25 km EV range provides a level of urban utility that the track-focused 765LT cannot match, making it a more practical hypercar for daily UAE commuting.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption is remarkably efficient for this power bracket, averaging approximately 6.1 L/100km in hybrid mode. Service intervals for the SF90 are strictly annual or every 10,000 km, and Ferrari's extensive authorized network across Dubai and Abu Dhabi ensures expert maintenance for the complex high-voltage system. As a GCC-spec flagship, it retains its value better than European imports, with historical data suggesting a more stable price floor due to its status as Ferrari’s first production hybrid.

Performance & Capability

The powertrain delivers a staggering 986 hp, allowing for 0–100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 340 km/h. Its all-wheel-drive system is particularly effective on the UAE’s well-paved highways, providing immense grip and stability during high-speed overtakes. The eDrive mode allows for silent, electric-only operation up to 135 km/h, which is perfect for leaving residential communities early in the morning without disturbing neighbors.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is a focused two-seat cockpit featuring a 16-inch digital HD display and an aeronautically-inspired layout. Ferrari’s climate control system is engineered to handle high ambient temperatures, ensuring the cabin remains chilled even during peak summer afternoons. Acoustic glass and high-quality insulation help isolate the driver from road noise during long cross-country drives to Fujairah or Al Ain.

Safety

Standard safety features include high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes for fade-free stopping and an advanced Side Slip Control (SSC) system that manages power delivery to all four wheels. For GCC highway driving, the car includes blind-spot monitoring and a comprehensive airbag suite, while the front and rear parking sensors assist with visibility in tight urban environments. The stability control is uniquely calibrated to handle the sudden transitions between road and sandy shoulder surfaces often encountered in the region.

The bottom line

For the GCC collector who demands hypercar performance with daily usability, this low-mileage, GCC-spec SF90 Stradale is the most technically advanced and market-secure choice available today.
