Summary

This 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak is a standout opportunity in the GCC market, combining exceptionally low mileage of just 31,000 km with the most desirable off-road hardware available. Finished in Silver—a high-resale color choice for the region—it features the range-topping twin-turbo V6 engine that provides the high-speed desert performance naturally aspirated rivals lack. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it is fully optimized for local summer temperatures with a robust cooling system and a factory-backed service network. This model represents the ideal balance for a Dubai or Riyadh owner who needs a refined daily commuter that can instantly transition into a serious dune-conquering machine. With its iconic retro design and modern tech, it offers a more versatile ownership experience than a traditional Jeep Wrangler.

This Car vs Other 2023 Broncos

With only 31,000 km on the odometer, this Bronco has been driven significantly less than the 20,000–25,000 km annual average typical for GCC-based SUVs. The Silver exterior is one of the most resilient colors for the UAE climate, effectively masking desert dust and maintaining high resale value. Finding a GCC-spec Wildtrak with this mileage ensures the mechanical components and interior trim remain in peak condition.

WILDTRAK vs Lower Trims

The Wildtrak is purpose-built for high-speed off-roading, coming standard with the Sasquatch Package which includes 35-inch mud-terrain tires and 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels. It upgrades the suspension to Bilstein position-sensitive dampers and adds front and rear electronic locking differentials for ultimate traction. Inside, it features the larger 12-inch SYNC 4 touchscreen and the specialized 'Baja' G.O.A.T. mode not found on the Outer Banks trim.

Bronco vs Segment Rivals

Against the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, the Bronco offers superior on-road refinement thanks to its independent front suspension, making it much more stable during long highway drives between Emirates. Compared to the Toyota Land Cruiser 70-Series, it provides vastly more modern safety tech and cabin comfort while matching its legendary off-road capability. The 80-litre fuel tank provides the necessary range for extended desert expeditions or cross-border travel.

Running Costs & Resale

The 2.7L V6 EcoBoost averages approximately 10–12 L/100km on the highway, though city fuel use in GCC stop-start traffic typically hovers around 14 L/100km. Service intervals are every 10,000 km, with an extensive authorized service network via Al Tayer in the UAE and Al Jazirah in KSA ensuring easy parts availability. Historically, the Bronco has shown strong value retention in the GCC, depreciating at a slower rate than most European luxury SUVs.

Performance & Capability

The twin-turbo V6 delivers 330 hp, allowing for a 0–100 km/h sprint in roughly 7 seconds—impressive for a body-on-frame 4x4. Its 292 mm ground clearance and 850 mm wading depth make it capable of navigating deep wadis and steep dunes with ease. The 10-speed automatic transmission is finely tuned for the region's long highways, keeping RPMs low for improved cruising comfort.

Comfort & Cabin

This 4-door configuration provides a usable rear seat for adults and features marine-grade vinyl upholstery designed to withstand heat and sand. The dual-zone climate control is engineered for the 45°C+ GCC summers, featuring dedicated vents to ensure rapid cabin cooling. The removable roof panels offer an open-air experience for the cooler winter months without the wind noise typical of soft-top competitors.

Safety

Standard safety features include the Ford Co-Pilot360 suite with Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) and Cross-Traffic Alert, essential for multi-lane highway driving. It also features Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking and a 360-degree camera system that provides vital visibility when navigating tight off-road trails or urban parking spots.

The bottom line

For the enthusiast who wants the most capable factory Bronco without the extreme price tag of a Raptor, this low-mileage, GCC-spec Wildtrak is the perfect desert-ready opportunity.
