Summary

This 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor represents a compelling opportunity for GCC enthusiasts, offering a rare combination of the high-performance Luxury package and relatively low mileage for a Canadian-spec vehicle. While Canadian imports are known for having high standard features like heated steering wheels, this Raptor maintains the aggressive desert-conquering stance that makes it a segment leader. The distinctive brown exterior provides a unique aesthetic that stands out from the common white and silver trucks without sacrificing long-term appeal. For a buyer looking for a Raptor with less than two years of wear, this unit offers significant savings compared to new showroom prices while retaining full performance capabilities. It is a purpose-built high-speed off-roader that transitions seamlessly into a comfortable, high-tech daily driver for the region's highways.

This Car vs Other 2023 F-150s

With just 33,000 km, this Raptor has been driven significantly less than the 50,000 km typical of two-year-old trucks in the GCC's highway-centric market. The Canadian specification brings a high baseline of equipment, often including features that were optional on regional trims. While many local Raptors are used for heavy desert bashing, the lower-than-average mileage on this unit suggests a well-preserved mechanical life.

RAPTOR CREW LUXURY vs Lower Trims

The Luxury package elevates the Raptor from a rugged workhorse to a premium sanctuary, adding an 18-speaker B&O Unleashed sound system and a 360-degree camera system essential for navigating tight city parking. Unlike base trims, this Luxury variant features ventilated front seats and a heated steering wheel, providing critical climate relief during both the extreme summer heat and cooler winter mornings. You also benefit from the twin-panel moonroof and advanced Ford Co-Pilot360 2.0 driver assistance tech as standard.

F-150 vs Segment Rivals

The Raptor remains the benchmark for performance pickups, outclassing the RAM 1500 Rebel in high-speed off-road stability thanks to its Fox Live Valve adaptive suspension. Its 136-litre fuel tank provides superior range for long-distance cross-border drives compared to the standard tanks found in rivals like the Toyota Tundra. The combination of 510 lb-ft of torque and specialized desert-running hardware ensures it leads in technical terrain capability where rivals often struggle.

Running Costs & Resale

Expect real-world fuel consumption of approximately 14.1 L/100km combined, which is standard for a high-output 3.5L EcoBoost in GCC stop-start traffic. As a Canadian spec, parts are widely interchangeable with GCC models, though buyers should note that local dealership warranties may not apply. The Raptor trim holds value better than any other F-150 variant in the UAE, typically seeing lower annual depreciation due to its status as a specialized enthusiast vehicle.

Performance & Capability

The 3.5L High-Output EcoBoost V6 delivers a verified 0–100 km/h sprint in 5.7 seconds, offering sports-car acceleration in a massive pickup frame. With 330 mm of ground clearance and five-link rear suspension featuring extra-long trailing arms, it is designed to maintain high speeds over sand dunes that would stop other 4x4s. Multiple drive modes, including Baja and Rock Crawl, allow you to tailor the chassis response for everything from highway cruising to technical desert trails.

Comfort & Cabin

The SuperCrew cabin offers massive legroom for five adults, making it as practical for family trips as it is for off-road excursions. High-quality leather bucket seats with Raptor branding provide excellent lateral support during spirited driving while remaining plush for long drives between Emirates. The 12-inch digital cockpit and matching infotainment screen dominate the dash, providing clear navigation and vehicle data even in direct sunlight.

Safety

Standard safety tech on this Luxury trim includes Ford Co-Pilot360 with Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), which is invaluable on fast-moving six-lane highways. The 360-degree camera and rear parking sensors mitigate the truck's large footprint, while Adaptive Cruise Control makes long desert stretches much less taxing. Standard side-curtain airbags and advanced stability control provide a robust safety net for both on-road and off-road scenarios.

The bottom line

Perfect for the buyer who wants the peak performance of a Raptor Luxury trim at a pre-owned price point, this low-mileage 2023 model is a high-spec alternative to local dealer stock.
