Summary

This GCC-spec Lexus LX600 Prestige offers the ideal balance of luxury and legendary reliability with mileage that is low for a three-year-old SUV in the region. Finished in white, the market's strongest resale color, it features the refined twin-turbo V6 that delivers effortless highway overtaking and smooth city cruising. While the Signature trim adds larger wheels and screens, the Prestige provides the essential Lexus flagship experience with front ventilated seats and a premium 10-speaker audio system as standard. For the GCC buyer, this remains the gold standard for long-distance desert road trips and reliable daily family use, backed by the region's most extensive service network.

This Car vs Other 2023 LX600s

With approximately 59,833 km on the odometer, this LX600 has been driven slightly less than the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average for large SUVs in the GCC. The white exterior is a strategic choice for the local market, offering superior heat reflection and maintaining the highest resale value compared to darker shades. As a three-year-old vehicle, it sits in a value sweet spot, having moved past the initial steep depreciation curve while remaining mechanically modern and under a robust local support network.

PRESTIGE vs Lower Trims

The Prestige serves as the sophisticated entry to the flagship range, providing high-value features that GCC buyers prioritize, such as front ventilated seats and a three-zone climate control system essential for summer comfort. Unlike basic fleet-spec variants found in other markets, the GCC Prestige includes the full 12.3-inch infotainment display and a 7-inch vehicle settings screen. It skips the more complex active height control found in higher trims, which many long-term owners prefer for its simpler maintenance and improved long-term reliability.

LX600 vs Segment Rivals

The LX600 distinguishes itself from the Cadillac Escalade and Lincoln Navigator by utilizing a rugged body-on-frame TNGA-F platform shared with the Land Cruiser, offering genuine off-road durability that monocoque rivals cannot match. Its twin-turbo V6 provides a more modern and efficient power delivery than the older V8s in its class, while the 110-litre fuel tank ensures significant range for cross-border GCC drives. Lexus also maintains a higher residual value in the UAE and Saudi markets than its American or German luxury counterparts.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the twin-turbo V6 averages around 12.1 to 12.4 L/100km, performing efficiently on long highway stretches between emirates. Service intervals are strictly every 10,000 km or six months at authorized Lexus centers, which are readily available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. The LX600 is renowned for having one of the lowest depreciation rates in the luxury SUV segment, typically retaining significant value even after five years of heavy use.

Performance & Capability

The 409 hp twin-turbo V6 produces 650 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 6.9 seconds, which is impressive for a 7-seat SUV of this scale. It features a full-time all-wheel-drive system with a Torsen limited-slip center differential and a dedicated low-range transfer case for desert excursions. With a ground clearance of approximately 205 mm and Multi-Terrain Select modes, it is equally capable of navigating soft sand dunes as it is high-speed highway cruising.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the seven-seat configuration is wrapped in high-quality leather with standard ventilation for the front occupants to combat the GCC heat. The cabin is exceptionally well-insulated, utilizing acoustic glass to maintain a quiet environment during high-speed drives. Tech highlights include the dual-screen interface with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, complemented by a 10-speaker premium audio system that provides crisp sound throughout the three rows.

Safety

The LX600 Prestige comes standard with the Lexus Safety System+, featuring a full suite of ADAS including Adaptive Cruise Control for long desert highways and Blind Spot Monitoring for multi-lane city traffic. It is equipped with 10 airbags and a 360-degree camera system to assist with parking this large SUV in tight urban spaces. The Lane Tracing Assist and Pre-Collision System provide an extra layer of protection during long-distance family travels.

The bottom line

For the executive or family buyer seeking the ultimate GCC-spec flagship, this white LX600 Prestige offers the perfect blend of modern twin-turbo performance and the market's best resale security. It is a highly reliable, low-mileage opportunity that is ready for both the daily commute and the desert weekend.
