Summary

This 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan represents a pinnacle acquisition for the GCC market, combining ultra-luxury with genuine regional capability. With just 24,000 km, the mileage is slightly below the average for a high-use luxury SUV in the UAE, ensuring the mechanical integrity of the V12 remains peak. The Black exterior is the premier choice for resale strength across Dubai and Riyadh, consistently commanding higher demand than lighter palettes. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it features the necessary cooling and filtration systems to handle extreme summer temperatures with absolute composure. For the buyer who demands a 'magic carpet ride' regardless of the terrain, this listing offers a meticulously maintained entry into the most prestigious SUV segment.

This Car vs Other 2023 Cullinans

At 24,000 km, this vehicle has been driven approximately 12,000 km per year, which is significantly lower than the typical 20,000–25,000 km average seen in the GCC market. The Black-on-Black configuration is the most liquid color combination in the local secondary market, ensuring superior value retention compared to bespoke or experimental shades. Being a GCC-spec model, it carries the peace of mind regarding service history and warranty compatibility that imported American or European units often lack.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

While the Cullinan serves as the primary SUV expression for the marque, this configuration includes essential GCC luxuries often added as individual commissions, such as the Starlight Headliner and ventilated massage seating. Unlike basic luxury SUVs, this trim features the 'Everywhere' button, which instantly optimizes the air suspension and all-wheel-drive system for soft sand or gravel. The 5-seat configuration offers greater practical flexibility for families compared to the fixed 4-seat Individual Seat layout.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

The Cullinan sits in a class above traditional rivals like the Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus, offering a 540 mm wading depth that exceeds the Bentley by 40 mm. Its 6.75-litre V12 provides a level of low-end torque and mechanical silence that smaller V8 competitors cannot replicate during long-distance highway cruises between Emirates. The coach doors and elevated seating position provide a superior sense of occasion and visibility compared to more sport-oriented performance SUVs.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically averages between 16 and 17 L/100km, though this can increase in heavy Dubai or Riyadh city traffic; the large 90-litre fuel tank ensures adequate range for cross-border drives. Rolls-Royce maintains a strong service presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, with recommended service intervals every 12,000–15,000 km or annually. The Cullinan has demonstrated exceptional value retention in the GCC, typically depreciating at a slower rate than mass-produced flagship SUVs from German brands.

Performance & Capability

Despite its 2.7-tonne presence, the V12 propels the Cullinan from 0–100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds with a limited top speed of 250 km/h. The self-levelling air suspension performs millions of calculations per second to react to steering, acceleration, and camera data, maintaining the signature 'Magic Carpet Ride' even on uneven desert tracks. The landmark all-wheel-drive system is specifically engineered to handle the high-torque output, providing effortless overtaking power on the E11 highway.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of hand-finished leather and genuine wood veneers, designed to isolate occupants from the intense GCC exterior heat. The climate control system is world-class, featuring powerful multi-zone cooling that reaches the rear passenger compartment rapidly. Quietness is prioritized through 100kg of sound insulation and double-glazed acoustic glass, ensuring a serene environment even at high highway speeds.

Safety

The Cullinan features a comprehensive suite of active safety technologies, including Night Vision with pedestrian and wildlife detection—essential for night driving on unlit desert roads. The high-resolution 360° camera system and active cruise control make navigating tight urban spaces and long highway stretches effortless. Standard safety equipment includes multiple airbags, collision warning, and lane-departure systems, all integrated to assist the driver without intruding on the luxury experience.

The bottom line

This GCC-spec Cullinan is the ideal choice for a discerning buyer looking for the ultimate luxury daily driver that holds its value and handles the regional climate with ease.
