• Hand-built 6.75-litre V12 engine
• 600 litres boot space (seats up)

Summary

This 3-year-old Rolls-Royce Cullinan presents a compelling entry into the ultra-luxury SUV segment with only 20,000 km, well below the 60,000–75,000 km typically expected for a car of this age in the GCC. While this is an American spec vehicle, its black-on-black color scheme remains the most sought-after combination for resale across the Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The Cullinan stands alone in its class for ride quality, utilizing a unique aluminum spaceframe that rivals simply cannot match for isolation. For a GCC buyer, this listing represents a significant saving over a local-spec equivalent while offering the same peerless V12 refinement and presence.

This Car vs Other 2023 Cullinans

With just 20,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has averaged less than 7,000 km per year, which is exceptionally low for the UAE market where 20,000 km is the annual norm. The American specification allows for a more competitive entry price compared to GCC-spec examples of the same year. The timeless black exterior ensures it will remain a high-demand asset in the local pre-owned market.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The Cullinan exists at the summit of the SUV market, meaning even this standard trim includes features that are paid options on most luxury rivals. It comes equipped with the iconic self-levelling air suspension, the 'Magic Carpet Ride' chassis tuning, and the Spirit of Ecstasy with a motorized retraction system. Rear passengers benefit from the 'Lounge Seat' configuration and electronically deployable picnic tables as standard.

Cullinan vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Bentley Bentayga or Lamborghini Urus, the Cullinan offers a vastly superior rear-cabin experience and a larger 600-litre cargo area. Its 100-litre fuel tank is specifically advantageous for long-distance cruising between cities like Dubai and Riyadh. While rivals focus on lap times, the Rolls-Royce leads the segment in cabin quietness and pure ride comfort.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages approximately 16.5L/100km, though this can rise in stop-start city traffic in major GCC hubs. As an American spec vehicle, it is essential to ensure a specialized service center in the UAE handles its maintenance to maintain the integrity of the sophisticated V12 powertrain. The Cullinan historically holds about 82% of its value at the 3-year mark in the local market, outperforming most other European luxury SUVs.

Performance & Capability

The hand-built V12 produces 563 hp and 850 Nm of torque, allowing this 2.7-tonne SUV to reach 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds. This effortless power is perfect for high-speed highway overtaking on the E11 without disturbing the serenity of the cabin. The advanced all-wheel-drive system includes an 'Everywhere' mode, optimized for maintaining traction on sand and gravel during weekend desert escapes.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of box-grain leather and hand-finished veneers, designed to stay perfectly insulated from the 45°C+ summer heat. It features a high-performance climate control system and heated seating, with the massive panoramic sunroof providing an expansive view of the city skyline. Acoustic glass and thick floor mats ensure that external road noise from high-speed driving is almost entirely eliminated.

Safety

Safety is managed by a comprehensive ADAS suite including Night Vision with pedestrian recognition, a four-camera Surround View system, and Active Cruise Control, which is indispensable for long desert highway stretches. The vehicle also features Lane Departure Warning and a high-resolution Head-Up Display to keep vital information in the driver's line of sight at all times.

The bottom line

This low-mileage Cullinan is the ideal choice for a buyer seeking the ultimate status symbol at a more accessible price point than a GCC-spec equivalent. It offers a rare opportunity to own a nearly new example of the world's most prestigious SUV with the most desirable color combination.
