• Hand-built 6.6-litre V12 engine

Summary

This 2023 Rolls Royce Wraith represents the final production year of the model, making it a highly significant acquisition for collectors in the GCC. With only 12,000 km, it sits well below the typical 25,000 km annual average for the region, ensuring the hand-built V12 is just reaching its prime. While finished in a striking Blue—a strong resale color in the UAE—this European-spec example offers an exclusive configuration for the discerning driver. It combines the effortless power of a 624 hp grand tourer with the presence only a Rolls Royce can command on the highways of the Emirates. For the local buyer, this is an opportunity to own a nearly-new piece of automotive history before the shift to fully electric lineups.

This Car vs Other 2023 Wraiths

At just 12,000 km, this Wraith has seen significantly less use than the average 2023 model in the GCC, which typically covers 20,000 km or more in its first year. The Blue exterior is a sought-after choice in the UAE market, balancing exclusivity with high resale demand. As a European-spec vehicle, it provides a unique interior and feature set that distinguishes it from more common regional configurations.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The Wraith is the ultimate expression of the Rolls Royce coupe, and the 2023 model year came standard with the highest tier of bespoke features. Unlike lower-tier luxury coupes, every Wraith includes the Satellite-Aided Transmission which uses GPS data to pre-select gears for the upcoming terrain. This example features the hallmark rear-hinged coach doors and an interior crafted from premium hides and veneers that exceed typical luxury standards.

Wraith vs Segment Rivals

The Wraith stands alone against rivals like the Bentley Continental GT and Aston Martin DBS by prioritizing a 'waftable' ride quality over aggressive track performance. Its 6.6L V12 provides a level of low-end torque and silent operation that competitors' smaller engines cannot replicate. For long-distance GCC highway travel, the Wraith's superior sound insulation and 83-litre fuel tank make it the definitive choice for crossing borders in total comfort.

Running Costs & Resale

The Wraith typically sees a depreciation rate of 12-15% annually in the UAE, though being the final model year helps stabilize its long-term value. As a European-spec car, buyers should ensure service compatibility with authorized centers in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, which are well-equipped to maintain these hand-assembled machines. Real-world fuel consumption averages around 14.7 L/100km, which is efficient for a V12 but reflects its status as a high-performance grand tourer.

Performance & Capability

The 624 hp twin-turbo V12 propels this 2.4-ton coupe from 0-100 km/h in a verified 4.6 seconds, with a top speed electronically governed at 250 km/h. This power is delivered through a rear-wheel-drive system designed for smooth, high-speed cruising across the Emirates. The 800 Nm of torque ensures that highway overtaking is effortless, providing a sense of unlimited reserves regardless of the speed.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a four-seat sanctuary featuring peerless climate control systems designed to handle varying environments with ease. Acoustic glass and thick C-pillars provide total isolation from the wind noise of fast-moving GCC traffic. Despite being a two-door coupe, it offers a generous 470-litre boot, providing practical space for weekend trips to Al Ain or Ras Al Khaimah.

Safety

Safety is managed by an advanced suite including Night Vision with pedestrian recognition, which is invaluable for unlit desert roads. Adaptive cruise control and a multi-camera 360° system make navigating tight city spaces and long highway stretches equally manageable. This European-spec model includes a comprehensive airbag system and stability controls specifically tuned for the car's substantial weight and power.

The bottom line

This is a rare chance for an enthusiast to secure a low-mileage, final-year Wraith that bridges the gap between a modern daily driver and a future classic.
