Summary

This 2024 Ford Territory Titanium is a standout in the compact SUV segment, offering a sophisticated cabin and modern tech at a competitive point. The blue exterior presents well in the local market, where it balances style with heat-reflective practicality better than darker tones. As a Titanium trim, it brings essential GCC comfort features like ventilated seats and a 360-degree camera that are often missing in entry-level crossovers. With its turbocharged 1.8-litre engine and smooth automatic transmission, it handles daily Dubai traffic and weekend highway cruises with equal poise. For a buyer seeking a nearly-new family vehicle with high spec, this GCC-spec example provides immediate reliability and strong local parts support.

This Car vs Other 2024 Territorys

With 90,600 km, this vehicle has been used more frequently than the average 20,000–25,000 km typical of UAE highway drivers. However, as a GCC-spec 2024 model, it benefits from the latest mechanical refinements and remains under a strong regional service network. The Titanium trim and blue exterior maintain high desirability, ensuring it remains a competitive option against lower-spec examples with fewer convenience features.

TITANIUM vs Lower Trims

The Titanium trim is a significant step up from the Trend, adding a larger 12.3-inch digital productivity cluster and a panoramic twin-panel moonroof that transforms the cabin feel. You also get 19-inch alloy wheels, a 360-degree camera for effortless parking, and the full Ford Co-Pilot360 suite, which includes adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring—essential for safety on fast-moving GCC highways.

Territory vs Segment Rivals

The Territory offers a more tech-focused interior than the Toyota RAV4, featuring a seamless dual-screen layout that feels a generation ahead. While the Mazda CX-5 focuses on driver engagement, the Territory leads in rear legroom and overall passenger volume, making it a better fit for families. Its 320 Nm of torque also provides more low-end punch for highway overtaking compared to naturally aspirated rivals in this class.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the 1.8L EcoBoost typically ranges between 8.5L/100km on mixed routes to 12L/100km in heavy stop-start city traffic. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it is fully compatible with local fuel grades and supported by extensive authorized service centers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. While it faces steeper initial depreciation than Japanese mainstays, the Titanium trim's high feature density helps it retain value better than the base Ambiente models over a 3-year period.

Performance & Capability

The 1.8-litre turbocharged engine produces 190 hp, allowing for a verified 0–100 km/h time of approximately 8.5 seconds. The 7-speed automatic transmission is tuned for comfort, providing smooth shifts that suit long-distance drives between emirates. With four selectable drive modes—including a 'Mountain' mode for varying terrain—it remains capable for light gravel paths, though it is primarily designed for confident on-road performance and highway stability.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the Titanium trim features premium leather-trimmed seats with ventilation, a critical feature for maintaining comfort during the peak GCC summer. The dual-zone automatic climate control is complemented by dedicated rear AC vents to ensure all five passengers stay cool. Acoustic glass and thoughtful insulation keep the cabin quiet, even at highway speeds, while the ambient lighting adds a premium feel during night drives.

Safety

Safety is a primary strength of the Titanium trim, which comes standard with six airbags and the Ford Co-Pilot360 suite. Key active systems include Forward Collision Warning with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Keeping Assist, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. The 360-degree camera and front/rear parking sensors provide excellent visibility in tight urban spaces, while the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) offers peace of mind during long desert highway stretches.

The bottom line

Perfect for the tech-savvy family or professional, this Territory Titanium offers a luxury-adjacent experience and modern safety at a price point that makes it a smart alternative to older, high-mileage premium SUVs.
